Accommodating and friendly staff
Pros:

We got snowed in so had to stay an extra day. The staff gave us a discounted room rate AND checked us in early. We did not have to worry about anything. They were so helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Everyone we met spoke to us and was so friendly. Laramie is a great town and the Hilton Garden Inn was a great place to get snowed in.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated but it looks like they will be renovated soon by 2027.

Be Aware of the Bottled Water Charge.
Pros:

The Laramie Hilton Garden Inn was clean.
The staff was friendly as well as professional.
There were two small bottles of water next to the coffee maker. We were a bit surprised to be charged $2 per small bottle of water on our final bill. Just saying...many hotels offer bottled water upon check in without charge. Seems a bit petty to charge for the small bottled waters sitting next to the coffee maker.
