Ich hatte in der Zimmerbeschreibung Deluxe Doppelzimmer gelesen, dass wir einen Balkon oder Terrasse (sprich große Fenstertür) haben. Dies war nicht der Fall.

Eine wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen, sehr persönlichen Betreuung. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben. Besonders begeistert haben uns der wunderschöne Poolbereich und der Garten, den wir regelmäßig genutzt haben. Durch die ruhige und schattige Lage ist der Garten perfekt zum Entspannen.

Die Lage am Berg ist traumhaft. Vom Pool aus hat man sogar einen tollen Blick auf die Christusstatue von Maratea. Das Hotel selbst ist ein ehemaliges Kloster, was man auch heute noch wunderbar spürt: Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr verwinkelt, charmant und voller kleiner Ecken, sodass es immer wieder etwas Neues zu entdecken gibt. Uns hat genau das besonders gut gefallen. Auch die Poolbar haben wir regelmäßig genutzt – das gesamte Angebot der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend.

Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr abwechslungsreich und gut.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es für uns keinen wirklichen Kritikpunkt. Durch die Lage am Berg sind natürlich einige Stufen zu bewältigen, und auch innerhalb des ehemaligen Klosters kann man aufgrund der verwinkelten Bauweise anfangs etwas die Orientierung verlieren. Beides hat uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gestört und gehört für uns zum besonderen Charakter der Unterkunft. Wer darauf Wert legt, sollte sich dessen vor der Buchung einfach bewusst sein.

Soggiorno rilassante con i tutti i confort ed attenzioni. Bravi.
Pros:

La struttura è molto ben tenuta. Lo staff eccezionale sempre disponibile. La proprietaria ed il figlio erano sempre presenti in struttura e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Dispongono di vari park auto e di un servizio di car valet molto efficiente. La piscina sempre tenuta bene ed il servizio al bar/rist della stessa(solo piatti freddi) disponibile fino alle 15:30.
La posizione dell' hotel molto vicina al centro storico e disponendo del park gratuito dell'hotel è stato molto facile spostarsi in auto sapendo che al rientro avevi il park garantito a poco piu di 100 mt dall'hotel.

Très bel établissement dont le personnel manque parfois d'un certain dynamisme....dommage !
Pros:

Un très bel établissement avec piscine très agréable, jacuzzi (à vérifier son bon fonctionnement), une décoration soignée. Un petit déjeuner très complet mais qui a perdu au fil des jours sa très grande variété (moins de vienoiseries, par exemple) mais qui est resté très correct.

Cons:

Le personnel est certes aimable mais était ce parce que c'était la fin de la saison estivale, on a ressenti un manque certain d'enthousiasme et de dynamisme...
