The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was wonderful and well stocked. Our room was clean. However the beds were broken in the middle and sagged. The couch was worn out and sagged. Nothing was dirty but the beds and couch had either been old or an oversized person had destroyed it. If you lay on the bed, you roll to the middle, so it made for a very uncomfortable sleeping situation.

Very clean and appeared new. Employees were pleasant.
The cleaning of the room was unsatisfactory, the mattress was worn and needed replacing. The hotel advertised that shuttle services were available but front desk kept saying that there was no driver available to use the shuttle.
The matteres in the sleeper sofa was old rusty and a whole in it with no sheets orpillowa, Bath room had mold and dirt inthe corners of the floor and tub.
Bathrooms never flushes. Always clogged up. Rooms are hot most of the night.
Everything was amazing and staff top notch customer service. There’s also an Starbucks, Raising Canes and Waffle House which is great convenience. I will stay here again only thing could be better is the brand of coffee and breakfast but nothing to make a big fuss about .

It was great, clean, comfortable, staff was super nice and the check in process was very fast and easy, overall no complaints.
Advertised as free airport shuttle yet the shuttle service doesn’t start until 7am, which was when we departed. Paid for the suite and nothing was on par with Marriott. Everything was outdated, the carpet had sticky residue all over, the hot water barely reached warm, then ran completely out after one short shower. On top of all, there were screaming kids, like an entire school at 11pm recess, next door. Loud, and unacceptable. Called the front desk but the noise stopped for a few minutes then persisted. I don’t know if Lafayette has lower standards, but this was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had in this price range.
I love that it felt like being at home. Very quiet and comfortable!
It was nice
There was limited service for cleaning rooms. I was provided one wash cloth and one hand towel for a two night stay. When I asked for additional towels, the front desk employee was rude. The bathroom was not very clean.

Fire alarm went off in middle of night (2:30AM) & no one contacted us as to why or when it was safe after episode was over. For that reason & others (cleanliness, worn & stained carpeting, etc) we would not stay there again.
