I had a late cancellation, due to an emergency room visit in Hue City, which delayed me and caused me to alter my travel plans. When attending to cancel, this hotel requested extensive medical records — fine, but an invasion of privacy. I supplied the records to them, nonetheless. They still charged me, gave me a 6-month travel credit that I will not be able to use. While this might be a nice hotel with nice rooms, etc. I find their management highly unprofessional, with poor service, and unworthy of your time if you need them in an emergency situation. Best to look around elsewhere, perhaps.
The manager told me Christmas is just a business for him, as Easter. With a smile. He is so fake.
I was hurted because there is decoration about it, we went to the church in town, but in reality everything is a simulation in this hotel.
After that, service became strange.
Regarding the spa, forget about luxe experience. Almost useless.
This hotel is banal for this category.
Prices aren't honest.

We loved absolutely everything! The staff were incredibly kind and professional and we even had the chance to hear a beautiful, inspiring true story about the statue in their backyard. I won’t spoil it! You’ll have to visit and hear it for yourself :) The breakfast was excellent and the room along with the hotel, surroundings and views was simply stunning. The complimentary public transport card was the cherry on top, allowing us to explore so much and truly enjoy the area. We couldn’t recommend this experience more. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so magical and unforgettable!

The hotel is beautifully located, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast was delicious with high-quality products and plenty of options. Overall, everything felt elegant and well-taken care of.
There was nothing I didn’t like — everything exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just beautiful and unique. It is a quiet peaceful respite on the lake and yet in the city. Our room was fabulous, the spa was wonderful and included in the price, the breakfast is expensive but fabulous and the dinner again expensive but exceeded all expectations. Really a terrific place to stay.
