Great location, reasonable price
Pros:

The location was excellent close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. Breakfast consisted of a premade omelette, bacon and bread products. No fresh fruit or yogurt. High on carbs. Limited juices.

Cons:

Slept on the worst mattress ever. Springs were shot. Very old and hard. Door to the bathroom wouldn’t close. No shower gel. Only one ice machine on the main floor of a four storey building.

Affordable option, good value, and polite staff.
Pros:

The property was in a good neutral location between Morgantown and the Fairmont exit. There was easy access to many stores and the mall. The property was very clean. The staff, especially Madi, was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had an AC but even on the coldest setting and highest fan speed it did not cool our room efficiently. I also did not like that we were told that breakfast ended at 10am but when we went downstairs around 9:30am, there was no sight of breakfast even being sat up. I also didn’t care for the fact that the ice machine is only available on the ground floor, but that’s not a huge deal.

I would NOT stay here again!
Pros:

It was perfectly located to our event at WVU.

Cons:

The hotel is poorly maintained. The walls are filthy and there is black mold in the bathrooms. The howling dogs all night were ridiculous. There was never anyone at the front desk because one person is apparently doing everything. Poorly run!

The ladies that checked us in were very friendly and accommodating.

No obvious effort to keep the place nice
Pros:

It was cheap

Cons:

My room did not have a hair dryer (someone stole it from the holder?), batteries in the remote (someone stole them?), or a fitted sheet on the bed (lots of hair on the mattress topper).
