Pros:

Staff was nice room couldn't open so somebody had to stay inside at all times to let the other in or we had to get help from staff

No tv remote. Ice maker broken.
Bathroom tap leaked and there was an actual crack in the bathtub bottom. The bed had a huge dip in the middle and had a plastic cover that made noise every time we moved.
Breakfast included was non existent. Bread, bagel and biscuits. No fruit, juice, milk, yogurt, protein, muffins, waffles,eggs or any other breakfast items. No sugar for coffee.
Very disappointed with the experience.

Location was the only thing that worked for us

Cons:

The breakfast is nothing really. Some bread products, i couldn't find the coffee and there was cereal. The ribs were dirty. Towels had stains. Bathroom floors had crud in the corners. The bathroom wasn't fully stocked. The shower control leaked and the drain was so slow you ended up standing in water. The previous occupant had blocked the eye hole with tp, which was still there when we checked in. The hallways smelled from trash because everyone tossed their trash in the hallway garbage. I assume they didn't have a trash can in their room either.

Cons:

The hall stunk, the room had a oder, remote had tape holding batteries in and did not work but, the counter guy got another one for us was not better we gave up on TV. Bath tube had a huge Crack in bottom and a mound of glue over it. The place was dirty and the garbage near room was over filled, also the ice machine was broke. The WORST place Me and my family ever stayed in. If I haven't pay ahead we would on left.
$164 rip off.

Close to WVU campus !

The property was close to WVU .

Cons:

Definitely needs an update in the bathroom . The TV remote didn’t work and we went down 3x for new batteries and a new remote . Still nothing !

We have removed that hotel from our choices in the future.
Cons:

Our room was on the first floor and could here the employees all night. My bed sheets were stained with something so just used the one blanket to cover the bed to sleep. For around 200 a night the breakfast did not compare to hotels in the similar price range.

Location was good.

Cons:

I booked 2 queen beds with 4 people. Gave me a 1 queen and had no more rooms and did not care. I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Awful experience and want a refund.

Was enough for one night, price was fair
Pros:

Had an issue with our first room smelling like cigarette smoke. Front desk made it right have us another room! He was extremely polite and handled it appropriately.

Cons:

Pillows were extremely worn. No fluff to them. And the shower has zero shampoo, and body wash. We were only given 1 wash cloth, had to go down to get 2 more.
