Nice Hotel
Pros:

I spent two nights here for an event at a nearby hotel. I was pleased with the hotel itself, the location, and with the room. The air conditioning in the room was very quiet, which is important when you need to run it quite a bit in a hot climate. I ate breakfast downstairs and the breakfast host, Danielle (I think), was really welcoming and provided great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and comfortable stay, would travel to stay here again!
Pros:

Amazing property, walking distance to coffee shop and Asian restaurants. Very clean, modern, put together. Amazing value.

Cons:

Needs more parking around the hotel but that’s it.

Area was nice, room was nice and staff was very helpful.
Pros:

The person who checked me in shorter male balding with a beard and glasses had an O in his first name was super helpful. I asked to move rooms to a higher floor and he accommodated. I asked for some paper and he helped me with that as well. Had an issue with the TV and he helped there as well.

Cons:

The air in the hallways was quite different than the rooms. More moisture and warmer. Maybe saving on AC costs not taking out the moisture in the hallways. Not a major issue but noticeable. There is a microwave by the elevator which is a very strange and not convenient place for it. If you needed it the normal person would check in the Food, breakfast, bar area not walking far away to a different section all together that has no food by the elevators to microwave something.

I was very disappointed
Pros:

Starts with the TV what only give us 2 channels to watch, and the guy at the desk was no help, told me i would need to wait till the next day. i told him i would not be there, his response was not anything he could do.

Cons:

the breakfast was cold...... even with the so call warmers, i don't think they where on.

Fix elevators!!
Pros:

Ac was very cold and room was cozy and comfy bed.

Cons:

Elevators most of them were broken and the one that wasn’t was the sketchiest elevator I ever been on and it was past due for an inspection.

Clean but rude housekeepers
Pros:

Housekeeping is not tucking sheets under mattress. Just laying a sheet on top of a mattress doesn’t work and is the height of laziness. I slept on a wrinkled mess. Sheets left in the hallways overnight until next afternoon. Housekeeping doesn’t check to see if one has a late checkout. They are very insistent and irritating.
