Umair the Goat!
Pros:

Umair was amazing! Came for a work trip and it was my first time in Texas. He was amazing at chickens made me feel at home. Providing me with a complementary cookie and allowed me to be next to my coworker will definitely come again just for the service.

Pros:

Location was great, check in-out process was smooth, great gym and pool

Cons:

Clogged drains (bathtub and sink). No extra tissue boxes. No cleaning service came by neither of the days.

Perfect staycation!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super helpful. We loved the room and bed and the shower was the best one at a hotel we have ever stayed at! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Cons:

That I couldn't stay longer! It was so peaceful and well put together. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Upscale feeling property for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The proximity to our event location, the design touches , the room set- up, the room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable , the tv was large and easy to operate.

Cons:

The from doors were small ( sliding doors would be an improvement), breakfast was available but free breakfast included would be better, an easier to operate thermostat would also improve the experience.

Very kind staff, they helped us a lot! The fourth floor and club level is amazing - so peaceful and such a good location!
