Interesting redesign of an older building into a boutique hotel. Rustic industrial with concrete walls.
Our room, no. 329 nor the wing were complete. Our room number was marked with masking tape on the door. The bigger issue, however, were the electric receptacles were nonfunctional or just pulled out of their orifices. The bathroom is partitioned with a plexiglass? panel that doesn’t reach the ceiling. That’s a 3 foot space between bodily functions, steamy showers, and people on the other side😬.
Avoid at all cost. Currently construction zone. Rooms filled with dry wall dust. Wet plaster on floor of shower. The pool and garden are filled with construction materials. No amenities available. It's uninhabitable.
First of all, the staff was friendly and quite polite. The property seemed very clean and orderly. After checking in, our weekend stay began to show signs of trouble. Having traveled for 4 hours, my wife and I tried to relax and take a nap while watching a bit of television. A loud noise of continuous running water soon took over. First I thought it was the exposed plumbing in the ceiling of the room. This went on for at least an hour. I soon realized it was the toilet. The tank was slowly leaking water and replenishing itself. I got out of bed and removed the tank cover to attempt to make the repair myself by submerging my hands into the toilet tank water and adjusting the flushing flap and chain. This went in from Friday through Sunday morning all day and all night!! I brought it to the attention of the front desk and later learned they did not have a maintenance person on the property on the weekend. We were just being led to believe that someone was going to fix it. This was extremely frustrating to say the least. Then the room’s television was also malfunctioning. It seemed like after watching 30 mins, the tv would reset itself and take you back to its “home page” causing you to restart the programming by going to the guide and searching for the channel you were watching. After 4 incidents like this, I gave up on watching television. Lastly, on Saturday night and Sunday while trying to take a shower, the stream of shower water went from a comfortable temperature to high heat causing you to step back away from the shower water for a few minutes until it returned to a comfortable temperature. During the course of a 10 minute shower, this occurred at least 4 times. This happened to both my wife and I. In short, this was a terrible stay and likely will not return to this hotel. It’s not worth the aggravation.

We checked in for a girls’ night sleepover celebrating a birthday and had the best experience from the moment we arrived. Suhong at the front desk was absolutely amazing, friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful in a way that made us feel welcomed right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the whole stay felt fun, relaxing, and effortless. We had such a great time, and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. I’ll definitely be back!

I feel like the bed could’ve been a little more comfortable and also the bathroom sink is so small and close to the mirror it makes it hard to do anything even brush your teeth
