Great location and a friendly staff
Pros:

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to supermarket, El Conde, and Park Colon (near restaurants, nightlife, etc.). Included breakfast is low-key and tasty.

Vanha rakennus tunnelmallinen.
Parkkihalli hyvä ja maksuton.

Cons:

Safety boxin koodilukitus ei toiminut.Huoneen oven lukko oli lähes irti, korjattiin kyllä pyynnöstä. Piti olla hiustenkuivaaja, mutta ei ollut.
Ilmastolnti hankala säätää kun ilmeisesti vanha. Toimi kuitenkin kohtuullisesti.
Yhtenä päivänä ei siivousta ollut lainkaan tehty. Puhtaat pyyhkeet saimme kun ilmoitimme

La localisation mais quartier en travaux impossible d’arriver facilement l’hôtel en voiture

Piscine sale chaises longues dégoûtantes. Petit déjeuner minable
Bâtiment vieux manque d’entretien ascenseur en panne climatisation bruyante et impossible de l’arrêter ou même simplement de la régler boîtier manuel hors d’usage.

Super séjour passé à l’hôtel Palacio
Pros:

Très bel établissement bel endroit à proximité de tout les commerces restaurants très bien situé au centre du quartier colonial logement atypique le personnel est au petit soin je recommande vivement cette hôtel 👍

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in sehr zentralen und ruhiger Lage im Zentrum Colonial. Die Zimmer sind Groß. Schönes Gebäude im Kolonialstil.

Cons:

Man merkt leider, daß das Hotel so langsam verfällt und sehr "Altbacken" wirkt. Da hat sich über die Jahre ein erheblicher Sanierungsrückstau angehäuft. Personal ist zwar jede Menge vorhanden, aber die sind alle eher mit ihrem Mobiltelefon beschäftigt als z.B. mal einen Lappen oder Besen in die Hand zu nehmen. Das Frühstück ist sehr rudimentär und lieblos. Rührei gibts zwar bereits vorbereitet kostenlos, ein Eieromlett kostet aber Aufpreis! Pool Umgebung sehr verdreckt und Heruntergekommen. Gibt für den Preis sicherlich bessere Hotels in Santo Domingo
