Schade, dass einfache Anliegen wie ein Safe für manche Mitarbeiterinnen so schwer zu verstehen sind.
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück und das einerseits freundliche Personal, aber da gab es auch starke Schwierigkeiten mit einer Person beim Wunsch, Wertsachen einschließen zu können.

Cons:

Das Verständnis für den Wunsch, Wertsachen einschließen oder abgeben zu wollen. Die hintere Hoftür steht immer auf. Mir ist nicht verständlich, warum darauf so unfreundlich reagiert wurde.

We booked this hotel exclusively because of a concert that was supposed to take place there. Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled, and we contacted the hotel to request a refund. However, our request was refused. This was not a last-minute cancellation made just a few days before arrival, and although I understand the non-refundable booking policy, I also know that exceptions and goodwill gestures can be made in exceptional circumstances.

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was very disappointing. The floor was sticky from the reception area all the way to the exit, the vending machine was empty, and the shower was covered in mould. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were far below our expectations.

The only truly positive aspects were the view and, above all, the reception staff, who genuinely made an effort to provide good service. The ladies were polite, helpful, discreet, and hardworking, preparing breakfast and handling check-outs with a positive attitude.

Thanks to the reception staff, this review receives the rating it does. Without their kindness and professionalism, my rating would have been just one star. The staff deserve better than to have their efforts overshadowed by the hotel's poor cleanliness and its lack of flexibility and understanding towards guests.

Positiv überrascht hat mich dass alles auf gutem Niveau war, quasi eine durchgängige Qualität.

Cons:

Meckern kann man immer wenn man lange genug sucht. Nein das Hotel ist gut :)

Really enjoyed the stay and the local area. Found a nice little pub called Yesterday's.
Pros:

Room was nice with a view of the Rhein River. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and sausage served. The hotel is located near the Schloss Biebrich and the Schloss Garden is a beautiful place to walk. It was ideally located because taking the public bus to downtown Wiesbaden is simple and not a long ride.

Cons:

Parking wasn't available when I arrived, but I was fortunate enough to find parking on the street and at no cost was able to leave the car there and take the bus to downtown.

Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich und nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich. Aufgebackene Tütenbrötchen, kein Brot und kaum Obst. Ein paar verrunzelte Äpfel lagen herum und ein paar Weintrauben. Eine Hand voll. Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick gesehen sauber, aber als ich einen kleinen Sessel zur Seite geschoben habe oder mal unter dem Tisch geschaut habe, weil mir etwas runtergefallen war, dann lag dort noch Schmutz wahrscheinlich der letzten Wochen. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer im 2. OG, das wirklich sehr sehr klein war. Es hat an eine Besenkammer erinnert. Abends ging die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht und auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption nach evtl. neuen Batterien konnte man mir auch nicht helfen.
