Decent parking was available. It was nice that there was a kitchen included.
Bed was uncomfortable. Windows only had one blackout curtain, couldn't make room private without it being dark.
Cleanness and was able to park car trailer on the facility parking lot. Restraunt and bar host did an amazing job taking care of our large party right before closing time on 8/29/26

Maybe I missed on website no plates or bowls or cooking pots or silverware...It's bit disappointing not to have coffee pot or plates to use in kitchenette
I liked the price for the amount of days we were there and how close it was to my destination.
There was no ventilation fan in the bathrooms. The rooms smelled like cigarettes. The laundry room was overpriced. The key card deactivated multiple times so we had to go down to get it reactivated and no one wants to do that after a long day of work.The AC didnt work like it should and it felt muggy, even after a shower. But if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower and dont mind a cigarette smell then this is an ok place.

The fire alarm was goinh off and on for three hours could not rest and asked the front to fix it they never came to the room until later
We stayed here after driving for about 10 hours with our young children and just needed a clean place to rest for the night. We checked in around 8:30 PM, and the room was a huge disappointment, especially for over $200 a night.
As soon as we walked in, the room had a strong odor and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. My daughter walked barefoot on the floor for only a couple of minutes, and the bottoms of her feet were black from how dirty the floor was. There was hair on both beds and even on the pillowcases. Thank goodness I usually pack our own pillowcases and bed sheets just in case we run into something like this. The room also had stains throughout, the TV kept glitching, the WiFi didn’t work and so on…
I took plenty of photos because I couldn’t believe the condition of the room. If we hadn’t been completely exhausted from traveling all day with young kids, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. Instead, we got out of there as early as possible, checking out before 8:00 AM. It was the fastest we’ve ever checked out of a hotel.
I’ve stayed in budget hotels before and don’t expect luxury, but I do expect a clean room. For the price we paid, this stay was completely unacceptable!
I wish I hadn’t rushed to book this hotel at the last minute. If I had taken the time to read the reviews first, I would have chosen somewhere else.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of Extended Stay America, and I won’t be staying with this brand again.

Personal pésimo ,te están vigilando constantemente y uno paga bastante caro para que seas tan chismosos y encima haciendo falsas suposiciones ,no lo recomiendo si quieren vacacionar tranquilamente ,pésimas personas se creen los dueños del hotel ,cuiden mejor la limpieza del hotel y que alguien no le haga daños a l instalación ,uno está pagando no están regalando el hospedaje para que estén de mitoteros ,preocúpense por lo que realmente importa y ojalá que alguien serio le dé importancia a este comentario ,porque tienen un personal de lo peor ,con personal así pronto no venderán habitaciones

El personal es de lo peor ,hicieron hasta acusaciones falsas ,y no me permitieron alojar en el local ,fui de vacaciones a ver a mis tíos y ellos fueron hasta el hotel y dicen ellos que no podían que solamente la persona que rentó la habitación ,cobran súper caro la noche y para colmo no quieren que visiten los familiares ,si hubiesen roto la habitación o hubiesen echo un desastre puedo evitar hacer este comentario ,pero no fue el caso
,decepcionada de las personas que trabajan ahí ,si quieren tranquilidad y que los trabajadores no estén vigilando su privacidad no se hospeden ahí 😡
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable in the floors had not been locked.. Breakfast was only a couple of different kinds of muffins and coffee.
