Pros:

This place is overpriced for what it is. Pet rent of $30/day is ridiculous.

Pros:

The room was perfect. We didn't use the breakfast option. The service desk was exceptional with customer service. Jackson and Cameron went above and beyond to accommodate us.

My new go to place to stay
Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Place was over all quiet and clean. My son left his backpack and when we realized it 5 hours later the staff had already found it and had it in lost and found.

Cons:

I liked everything. Only negative I noticed was that the room was a little worn, chips in the bathroom counter, kitchen floor uneven, paint thin in spots on the cupboards. But nothing that affected my sleep

Overall a very good experience. Just a few tweeks and it could have been an outstanding visit.
Pros:

Stove access allowed for a home cooked meal. The room had hardwood floors which is more sanitary than carpets. The kitchen was the best part of the stay.

Cons:

The pillows definitely needs attention. Very flat and not comfortable. When I asked for additional pillows, I was informed that a manager was not available and the request couldn't be fulfilled. Biggest suggestion is if you are not going to supply soap & shampoo unless requested, please offer it during check in. Instead I have to read signs in the room which caused a separate trip to the front desk. Next suggestion, after returning from getting soap and shampoo from the front desk, I learned I had to request silverware at the front desk which involved a 2nd trip to the front desk. Everything I needed was supplied but the extra trips due to communication early was a tad disappointing. I'm used to the Residence Inn which has silverware and pans in the rooms that have stoves/ovens. I don't mind requesting, but I'm I'm booking a room with a stove, those items need to be requested, it would be a better experience vs. making trips back and forth.

Didn’t feel special or taken care of.
Pros:

Room was nice but you had to ask for any extras, so very sparce.

Cons:

The bed was comfy but you could feel the other persons every move. We went down for the grab and go breakfast but we’re faced with nothing but coffee and granola bars. When we asked the staff she said yeah sorry the shipment is late. How late was it because we were there at like 9 and it’s only available until 9:30. The coffee left a lot to be desired.

This was horrible
Pros:

Cons:

The towels had hair all over them the floor wasn’t cleaned the chairs were stained holes in the carpet so many issues needs to be torn down re modeled in the room. The countertop and bathroom counter all chipped bad I thought it was make up left behind. Mold build up in the refrigerator and not cleaned behind at all. The caulking in the shower was so bad had mold in it. I was to scared to see the bed so I laid the one actuall clean towel in it to sleep. The cabinets are stained. I wouldn’t stay here ever again nor would I recommend anyone else to. Was supposed to have a king bed had a small bed, my feet were hanging off the end had to sleep sideways thankfully I was alone.

Convenient.
Pros:

I loved the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and very attentive.

Cons:

I did not like the cleanliness, the smell of the building, and the old out dated room. For the price I paid, you would think there would be some upgraded features. All day and night I could hear every little step the people above me made. The walls are paper thin.

It was safe there, and the staff was friendly, but the rooms were really out of date and smelled bad
Pros:

Location was nice. Room was really old and smelled bad.

Cons:

Furniture was in really bad shape. Lots of water damage on tables. Appliances were extremely old.
