Place was sterile like a hospital
Pros:

Rooms were white and sterile looking like a hospital No oven and staff constantly whining about coming to the lobby in a robe and socks

Cons:

Staff kept whining about the noise the service dogs were making when left alone which I had to do because baseline staff at other establishments were equally unfamiliar with the law same as here.

So hotel staff kept whining at me to take them with me with no transportation and no bus and baseline staff at other establishments kept whining and complaining I should leave them home.

I put them both on the phone with each other and after baseline staff kept whining it was ABOVE their pay grade and mgt staff kept complaining it was BELOW their pay grade - I’d like to know exactly whose pay grade it was at?

Staff was attentive when they weren’t trying to be domineering

Cons:

Staff kept complaining about my service dogs
1 is for diabetes
1 is for PTSD
1 is for neurolepsy

Many places in Elk Grove are ignorant when it comes to Federal law regarding
A) admission of service dogs
B) the number of service dogs
C) that service dogs cannot incur extra charges/incidentals

The service was great, but the room could have been better if there wasn't a mildew smell.
Pros:

The service from the employees was great. They were very friendly and helpful, and they also communicated with me very well. They were happy to request a discount for my stay due to a mildew smell in our room. I appreciated their follow-up on the issue after we checked out.

Cons:

The room had a mildew smell when you walked in. I assumed it was from the refrigerator, but I couldn't pinpoint where the stench was coming from. We had to sleep with the windows cracked open and the A/C unit on. When we left out of the room it reeked of marijuana even though it was a non-smoking area.
