Hotel bom, mas poderia melhorar alguns pontos.
Pros:

Quarto reformado e limpo. Boa cama. Funcionário atencioso.

Cons:

O acesso à recepção só pela escada. Parte do hotel em reforma. Pouco espaço no banheiro e no box do chuveiro.

Πολύ ωραίο πρωϊνό, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ καλό προσωπικό και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Έχει γίνει πρόσφατη ανακαίνιση και είναι όλα καινούργια στο εσωτερικό του δωματίου.

Séjour très décevant mais on a dormi et petit déjeun et correctement!

L’accueil au desk, l’emplacement la literie et la propreté .

Cons:

Notre chambre était située dans une zone de travaux. La réception aurait dû nous en informer. La chambre était propre et la literie confortable . Mais pourquoi proposer une bouilloire s’il n’y a ni thé/cafe, ni tasse ni cuillère. Juste un petit gobelet en carton! Il y avait bien une glissière pour suspendre un rideau pour séparer les lits du lavabo .. mais pas de rideau!! Le pire était la vue depuis la fenêtre!! On nous annonçait certes une vue sur cour mais il ne faut pas exagérer!! Photo en annexe!!
C’est la quatrième fois que je descends dans ce hôtel.. c’est la dernière ! J’étais très gênée vis à vis de la personne qui m’accompagnait!

Well recommended hotelin an excellent position in old historic Chur close to the train station
Pros:

The reception were very helpful and friendly and explained about the various parts of the hotel, the breakfast room and times, that the lift was rather small and that the door opened on the room floor on a different side to at reception level and also the workings of the night key. The room was large and comfortable and above all quiet which was appreciated.

Cons:

There is nothing of major note worth mentioning but as an aside a kettle was provided for making hot drinks but no tea of coffee was found and we thought to mention this bzut reception had vlosed by this time. There was also extensive renovation work to some rooms in progress. It did not disturb us at least until well afrer waking times but no mention of the work was given at checkin. We also very much enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and commend the staff for their friendliness and service.
