Please note that the elevator starts from the first floor and is not accessible from the ground floor. Guests must use stairs to reach the first floor. Our staff is always happy to assist with luggage if needed.

No frills and basic but good location
Pros:

Good location and clean.

Cons:

No air conditioning which meant was quite warm though we were supplied with a fan. Basic accommodation which did the trick but quite expensive for what it was - though that’s Switzerland for you!

An excellent choice
Pros:

Everything was perfect. I had read in previous reviews that you had to share a bathroom. My own beautiful little room most certainly had its own modern bathroom. The lady at the front desk could not do enough to help me. I would love to return here.

Pros:

It was in the old town

Cons:

Quite a few stairs to reach the reception area. Weather was hot only a fan on stand for cooling.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location Accommodation was clean

Cons:

Just a personal preference but the room we stayed in was an older/original room and due to this was quite dark and felt claustrophobic to us. Again due to age of floorboards the bed felt uneven so not a great nights sleep.

Needs to boost up a little bit.
Pros:

Location was good. Clean room. Mostly quiet. Supply of bottles of water every day.

Cons:

1. Two sets of stairs to reach the reception. No elevator to get there.
2. No air condition. Fan very weak.
3. Heavy curtains but no shades so neighbors can look into the room unless you pull the heavy curtain.
4. Kettle with tea bags, paper cups, no coffee.

Great location next to downtown and Next old town The room was clean and breakfast was basic

Cons:

The facility had an elevator, but you had to go up two sets of staircases to get to it. Staff did bring our bags up. Booking.com shows the restaurant entrance and not the hotel entrance and the signage is difficult to see
