Disarmingly quiet, spacious-enough given the obvious constraints of the location.
Friendly staff, faultless service, excellent breakfast.
Roof terrace is a huge missed opportunity - there’s ample space, but it’s poorly executed and (as far as we saw) totally unused.
Air conditioning in the rooms pulls down to (at best) 22 degrees (daytime highs were 31/32), but having asked about this at reception (and got a vague response and a visit from a well-meaning maintenance man with a step-ladder) I suspect this is more about local control / regulation than a faulty system.

The restaurant is good there
The room is much smaller than expected. I was allocated a lower floor which is really noisy, and the hotel barely has any proper facilities at all. The room is absolutely not worth this high price

It was a grey location and pretty room.
We could hear a lot from the neighbors going in and out since the rooms were corner rooms right next to each other.
I have chosen the hotel based on location and its particular history (former house and studio of famous architect Sagnier). But on site, it exceeded my expectations. And what makes this hotel truly enjoyable is the team, especially the Reception Team. They are always very careful at client needs and ready to support with everything asap. Amazing team of people!
There have been minor issues, which have been immediately fixed, so there was actually nothing I disliked.
Amazing hotel, amazing location and amazing breakfast! The best bed I have ever slept on and top notch customer service.
A roof top pool would have been nice with the summer heat.
