Overall, it was very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

The shower was difficult to control. It was hard to get the water to the best temperature and the controls were confusing.
Also, the breakfast ran out of food when we were there.

The pool was closed. The refrigerator made a breathing sound from the compressor and froze the contents inside.We was not able to use.The room door also was catching and it took several attempts to get the door open with room key.It also needed to have a coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

The prices were higher than I would have normally paid for this type of accommodation. It was a football weekend and family weekend at usc. I suspect thats why the price jumped up

Pros:

location is good, but breakfast is toooooo....to say. Maybe before here was Wingate but not is IHG and under re-decoration, everything seems messy. and the room door very very hard to open, everytime I used room key to open, took many times to repeat.

Overall, we like this hotel and claimed it as our go to place to stay when in Lexington, SC. The staff was very friendly
Pros:

Good location, nice breakfast, very clean under the circumstances, decent price.

Cons:

The water didn’t get hot-only warm. We didn’t know that renovations were going on until we got to the hotel. We had to change rooms because the pipe under the sink came off and still no hot water.
