There was no hot water so i had to go to other room to take showers. The ac wasn't working . asked for a call back from manager but nothing but crickets!!!! Lots of trash in parking lot as well!!!! o

Pros:

location is good, but breakfast is toooooo....to say. Maybe before here was Wingate but not is IHG and under re-decoration, everything seems messy. and the room door very very hard to open, everytime I used room key to open, took many times to repeat.

Overall, we like this hotel and claimed it as our go to place to stay when in Lexington, SC. The staff was very friendly
Pros:

Good location, nice breakfast, very clean under the circumstances, decent price.

Cons:

The water didn’t get hot-only warm. We didn’t know that renovations were going on until we got to the hotel. We had to change rooms because the pipe under the sink came off and still no hot water.

It’s a good location which we have always liked but has just gone down hill. Will not be staying there again.

We have stayed here for many years and it used to be great. But it has just gone down hill. I know they just got bought out but the rooms were not cleaned well. There was underwear left in a nightstand drawer when we got in our room. There were fingernail clippings in the pull out couch. My mother in laws room, the pull out couch there the sheets were completely soiled. After taking a shower in the bathroom, the mirror had steam everywhere except in a perfect square in the center. It was just very odd. It is just not what it used to be.

Cons:

The room did not feel clean. Underwear was left in a night stand drawer in the room. Pull out couch had fingernail clippings in it. My mother in laws room, the pull out bed sheets were completely soiled so no telling when the last time it was checked. The breakfast in the morning has gone down hill.

Lobby area, hallways were nice.

Cons:

Looked like a quick remodeling job. Baseboards falling off. Door lock loose, old shower, vanity pulling away from wall. Vanity too high, and the breakfast bar was mediocre. Empty condiments, attendant just sits at table on phone and watched TV instead of attending to bar. Plastic still around smoke detection at elevators on 2nd floor. Serious hazard.
