Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ero in pellegrinaggio e non riuscendo ad arrivare a piedi mi sono venuti a prendere

Cons:

Il ristorante convenzionato è quello "dell'autogrill", male per personale ampiamente sottostimato che ha creato confusione sia nelle ordinazioni, nelle cotture, nei tempi. Da rivedere perché il problema non è dei due ragazzi al lavoro, il problema è che ce ne volevano altri due.

Je n’ai pas dormi dans cet hôtel car à pied Google Maps m’a envoyé de l’autre côté de la rivière… infranchissable. Ce n’est que le lendemain, guidé, que j’ai vu par où passer. L’hôtel n’y est pour rien

Excelente para hospedagem durante caminhada de via di francesco .
Pros:

Hotel muito bem, mas fora da cidade e mapas de acesso no google indicam caminho errado que nao da acesso ao hotel. Tivemos que telefonar e dono foi nos buscar prontamente onde estávamos.

Partiti bene, delusione finale
Pros:

La camera, il bagno, gli accessori e la pulizia andavano bene.

Cons:

1) La colazione che doveva essere nella struttura (è presente una sala colazioni), invece con difficoltà siamo riusciti a farla nell'autogril adiacente e si è ridotta ad un caffè o cappuccio con una brioches che all'inizio volevano addirittura che la pagassimo extra. Completa delusione: valutazione 4 (da 1 a 10).
2) reception e personale assenti. Contattabili solo telefonicamente.

La camera era pulitissima e dotata di molti confort; letti molto comodi.

Cons:

La prenotazione era per 5 persone in una stanza dove era specificato esserci due letti a castello e un matrimoniale (foto allegata) ma nella stanza c'erano un matrimoniale e due letti singoli. La risposta da parte dello staff è stata: "Il bambino può dormire nel matrimoniale con i genitori".
P.S. L'hotel era praticamente vuoto e avrebbero potuto facilmente trovare una soluzione.
