Near the sea and one of the beaches. Near the centre of the city. Good restaurant in the building.
Pros:

The room was very calm, looking on the Church Ste. Eugénie. Chimes were no disturbance. Clean bathroom, good bed, safe, blinds…

Cons:

The room was very small. Problems to place suitcase right or to move about freely.

Pros:

Wonderful view from sea-facing bedroom with delightful balcony. Superb central location next to sea - convenient for all activities. Charming and very helpful staff. Good value. Tasty meals and great service from hotel cafe outside in square.

Cons:

Machine produced as opposed to fresh coffee and tea for breakfast. Could cafe staff organize this?
Slow draining from bedroom basin.
