Pros:

It was clean and cozy. Loved that there was a breakfast option as well.

Cons:

Our room was at the back of the hotel, which was fine, but the back 2 doors after a certain time were closed, and the key card didn't work. So it was a long walk. And there was a light shining on the building but it was shining right at our bedroom window and even with blinds closed you could still ever So slightly see it. Also we were in corpus christi but not like on the beach.. didnt understand why we had to pay to park.

Pros:

Location is good, only 25 min to Mustang Island.

Cons:

The AC vents look very dirty and I always look at that because I have allergies and that can create mold really easy if they don’t have proper maintenance but everything else was fine. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. The toilet paper was almost out it’s just a detail but things that I noticed. We only spent 1 night so it was fine.

Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

I didn't like the additional fees, the 50 dollar holding fee was silly and an additional 14 dollar parking fee. We're already paying so much I don't understand the parking fee. The floors in the room were very dirty. I was really upset at how snooty the front desk receptionist (Miranda) was, hopefully she can be more welcoming to other guests.

Pros:

I liked the cleaning ladies were really sweet and the night time front desk lady was really nice

Cons:

the morning lady curly hair she was very rude when we checked in and she had to check us out as well and maybe said 2 words the whole time the room had hair on the shampoo bottles provided in the room and the couch has seen better days the reeom is very outdated to say the least

Location was ok.

Cons:

Floors in the rooms were not clean, carpets were disgusting, we had to wash feet if we went barefoot. Sofa bed was old and mattress was so uncomfortable. So disappointed hot tub was out of service, wish I was told before I reserved hotel.

The corn tortillas that were put out were not even warmed! We witnessed him putting out cold tortillas!

Was Charged for parking and staff didn’t mention that there would be a cost of 14.00 a day?

Pros:

Breakfast was good. When I asked for towels & they gave me a floor towel & bath towel instead of 2 bath towels. Saying that's all they had (everything dirty). Then my grandson left a brand new 70 pair of jeans, we bought the day before . they claim their was nothing!

Arrived at the hotel around 3:30 waiting over 2.5 hours and room was still not available. WENT over and over to desk and never came to me to tell me about the situation of the room.

People would come in and check in immediately while I had a reservation for weeks.

Swimming pool had green water like mold on the bottom

The hotel was closed to several restaurants, AMC theater, and Walmart. My kids enjoyed the basketball court. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.
