Pros:

Overall the room was amazing, and soooo good for the price

Cons:

One of their elevators was broken, one of their back doors didn't have a working room card reader and the hallway fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors where covered and taped over and their fire escape route was covered by old wall paper and their was a gaping hole in the ceiling. My biggest concern was the detectors being covered up, seems like a big violation and no signage explaining why

Our stay was decent but had fun staying in corpus.

Pros:

Quiet,great location, good eating right next door! Good staff and better than normal breakfast!

Cons:

One of elevator was not working! Hopefully only a short time since they are on ends and not in middle

Horrible Extra Fees for "PARKING"

Nice rooms, friendly staff, clean everywhere.

Cons:

We got charged $13 for a parking pass to be able to park in the hotel parking lot! I was told by the front desk staff that this fee was because the outdoor pool was open! During Winter! This is absolutely ridiculous! This "fee" should not be charged to hotel guests that already pay hundreds of dollars for their rooms! As much as we like this hotel, we will not be staying here again!
