Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique. La piscine est un plus. La chambre famille est très grande, la climatisation est un must. À 15’ du centre, parfait. Le transfert a 10EUR, à prendre car la rue monte bien jusqu’à l’hôtel !

Cons:

Devoir porter un bonnet de bain à la piscine ! mieux vaut nettoyer les filtres plus souvent et laisser les clients « libres »

Staff incredibile, super accogliente, simpatico, gentile, disponibili su ogni informazione. Posizione perfetta ,raggiungibile a piedi dal centro ed allo stesso tempo un po isolato per poter godere della tranquillità e pace. Hotel super pulito, e colazione molto buona. Piscina meravigliosa pulita e temperatura perfetta . Ottima vista

La struttura è a circa un kilometro dal centro. Molto disponibile Matteo alla reception che ha saputo darci ottimi consigli per raggiungere la spiaggia di Canneto e per le gite alle altre isole. Buona la colazione a bordo piscina

Posizione struttura vicina al centro di Lipari e con vista, ampiezza della camera, pulizia eccezionale, gentilezza e premura dello staff, silenziositá e tranquillitá. Ideale come base per poi raggiungere tutte le isole. Ottimi contatti e suggerimenti per noleggio bici, ristoranti, taxi. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Cons:

Che non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina perché il clima era ancora troppo freddo.
Suggerirei la gratuitá del transfer in arrivo dal molo; percorso breve ma in salita e con il bagaglio, soprattutto in estate credo sarebbe molto apprezzato.

The perfect place to enjoy Lipari

Hotel Villa Cute is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay in Lipari. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, including eggs made to order and delicious, freshly brewed coffee. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome at every moment. The location is ideal—quiet, yet close enough to explore the island easily. We left with only positive memories and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Having to wear silly hats in the pool, and pay for theml...especially when no other guests did.
Lighting in room was very poor.
Tea/coffee making facilities in room poor.
No headboard on bed, just an uncomfortable shelf to bang your head on.
Very limited breakfast offerings.
No hotel restaurant.
Claimed to be full but only ever saw about 6 other guests during our stay.
No atmosphere.
NOT worthy of 4 stars...
Overall we were sadly rather disappointed, and wished we'd stayed somewhere else.
