Pros:

Our room was clean, comfortable, and located right in the middle of the best shopping location in Ruidoso. Many things are within walking distance. The desk is 24 hour and the accomodated our need for a 3am check in when we got into town.

Pros:

Great mid town location, comfortable and clean. Recently refurbished.

Cons:

Breakfast, it could have been teething issues after refurbishing but it was very basic to poor.

Refinishing and it's beautiful
Pros:

They are doing a lot of upgrading and we were pleased with that (hot tub was refinished as well)

Cons:

That they will no longer be serving biscuits with gravy 😔

Close to local food and entertainment.
Pros:

The breakfast was very minimal: juice, milk, cereal, waffles and cold eggs (warmers were not working). Fresh fruit would benefit families staying there. The location was great, so was the pool and spa.

Cons:

The best were uncomfortable and the air did not work.

Pros:

the staf did not clean the room every day I was there for 8 nights and got towel replace every 3 days in AVG

one morning they run out of bread
no bagles in the breakfast

Cons:

the hotel was new and all the furniture very clean location is fine
also asked for refund becuse I came alone and wanted to cut the trip short by 1 night and no one helped me to do so

if I booked for 2 person and came alone do eligible for partial refund ?

Pros:

Breakfast was terrible eggs were powdered and hash browns were ready to the point of being dried out! Just totally disappointed.
