We chose this hotel over the one next door because we though it would be better. It wasn't!
Pros:

Check in was great!

Cons:

We left hotel and returned about midnight. Our keys did not work. Went to Lobby to get new keys. No one was around. We waited and waited. After about 20 minutes went by and started to search for anyone. Found empoyee asleep on the floor in one of the staff areas. We had tried calling the hotel several times. He was sound asleep. He was finally able to get us a key so we could get back in our room or we would have slept in the lobby. Spoke to the manager the next morning who did not really seem interested. He explained that the clerk was a new employee. Wasn't very sympathetic. At the end of the conversation he said I will get back to you, I have your information. We still have not heard from him!

The price and location are excellent. I have stayed here many times before and the staff is better.
Pros:

Beds were comfy. Very clean. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Fitness room was terrible. Breakfast ended too early for the weekend.
