Staff members where friendly
Out of two Queen beds one was dirty didn’t change sheets, plus working on renovations very early in the morning. New owners…
Great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Our room was part of the recent renovated rooms and it was clean and updated with all the modern touches like USB ports and lighting. The hotel was under major renovation during our stay. However, it was in no way a bother to us. The renovation contractors might as well been an extention of the hotel staff. They were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that they limited any inconvenience to guests. Shout out to the contractors for performing quality renovation work too! It was obvious they cared about their work and the impression it would make. I even asked them for a business card! Looking forward to our next stay and to see the competed renovations.
The only thing we noticed was the chlorine odor in the enclosed pool area was very pungent. It was hard to be in there for any period of time. However, the pool was clean. The pool area would benefit from a ventilation system. Something like two large fans installed at opposite ends of the pool room. Louvered fan units like you would use for an attic would likely solve the issue.
The whole thing was under construction and a mess.
We really enjoy the location
I was a little sad because they put the breakfast up early like 920,, I slept in because we were so comfortable. I really wanted waffles. Pool burned my eyes a little but very relaxing

Breakfast not all that great. TV not working. Iron called it in not working they brought us another one same problem. Not really satisfied. Water on shower tub problem draining.

It was good location and clean outside.
The guy when I checked in was rude and felt like he was upset to help anyone, really rude.
It was very unpleasant to hear chainsaws hammers and banking by 7 o’clock in the morning. There is a lot of remodeling going on at the facility therefore workers were working bright and early. This trip was supposed to be relaxing trip and sleeping in was made impossible. Also there wasn’t much parking due to all of the storage containers that are on the property. I had to park down the street and walk to the hotel

The rooms were very clean!! Beds were comfortable!! Pool was refreshing! I loved that it was in walking distance to midtown!
My only complaint would be the shampoo/conditioner and soap. One little bottle isn't nearly enough if there are multiple guests. Quality was lacking and dried out my hair.
