Good stop on Rte. 66!
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Liked the nostalgic vibe. We ate dinner and drank cocktails in the bar and had breakfast in the restaurant. All good

I called the day before booking and asked if the hot tub was working. When i arrived the next day the attendant said the pool and hot tub would be closed for maintenance. I told him that was the reason i booked with them and he said there was nothing he could do. I said i would like to cancel and book at another hotel. He said he could not cancel, and even if i did not stay with them he would charge my card which was on file. Not very good customer service if you ask me!
