Good for couple nights
Pros:

Have been in this hotel several times since 2023. The best facility of the hotel is the SPA and swimming pools.
Reception staff is helpful and polite. Rooms and public areas are getting dated but still not bad. It's a good option for couple nights in Bucharest but plan your lunch and dinner in another places.

Cons:

A-la cart Restaurant is getting worse and worse from year to year. The waiter mixed up my beverage order and didn't served the oil for the veg salad, supervisor just smiled on my comment. Food quality and size of portions are also getting worse compared to the previous years, polenta and fish were not cooked properly. However prices increased for some items above 50% in couple years.

Un hotel bun atat pentru sejururi scurte, dar si pentru sejururi mai lungi.
Pros:

Un hotel situat in afara zonei centrale si usor de ajuns cu autoturismul. Parcarea spatioasa si gratis pentru oaspetii hotelului este un avantaj. Hotelul este intretinut bine si curatenia generala, cat si in camere este foarte buna. Personalul de la receptie este atent si serviabil. Micul dejun este in regula. Am folosit transportul in comun si foarte aproape de hotel este o statie de autobuz si in 20-30 de minute ajungi in centru.

Cons:

A fost cam cald in hotel, mai ales in camera de hotel. Micul dejun ar putea sa fie putin mai diversificat considerand clasificarea si tariful hotelului.

אמון בלקוחות זה שם המשחק. אל תעמידו את הלקוח שלכם במעמד משפיל של בירור מי משקר לעולם.
Pros:

זה מלון שבכל פעם שאנחנו בבוקרשט אנחנו מתארחים בו בגלל המיקום הנוח שלו, ארוחת הבוקר העשירה, החדרים נעימים אם כי המתקנים בחדר כבר ישנים וזה קצת מעיב על ההנאה מהחדר. שמירת מזוודות עד לטיסה.

Cons:

ביקשנו לקבל הארכת צ'ק אאוט. 2 פקידי קבלה שונים נתנו לנו את אותו מחיר להארכה וביקשו שנשלם רק כשנרצה לסגור את זה. ביום הסגירה היה פקיד קבלה אחר שנתתן מחיר אחר גבוה יותר ופשוט סירב לקבל את המחיר שקיבלנו מהקולגות שלו. הוא פנה למנהלת הקבלה שגם סירבה בכל תוקף והם החליטו לערוך ברור מי צודק - אנחנו או הם. הם לא הצליחו להשיג את אחד מפקידי הקבלה, ההמתנה היתה יותר מחצי שעה. התייאשנו והיינו חייבים ללכת למקום אחר שהזמנו. אז שילמנו מחסור ברירה את מה שביקשו בתסכול גדל על חוסר האמון מצידם בלקוח שלהם. זה משהו שלא נתקלנו בו מעולם. כשחזרנו ועשינו צ'ק אין אותו פקיד התנצל ואמר שאנחנו צודקים והחזיר את ההפרש הכספי. העניין הוא לא הכסף אלא עקרון האמון. הוא גרם לחשוב לפעמיים אם להגיע למלון הזה, למרות שאנחנו קבועים בו.
