Pros:

Absolutely stunning location. We were on the 3rd floor and the views over the Adriatic were beautiful, especially as the sun sets. Step outside the back and you're on a fine pebble beach with a long walk/cycle way, along dozens of bars and restaurants. Everything was super clean, good shower, although not thermostatic, and we eventually worked out how the airco worked (you have to close the balcony door). Beds were comfortable and firm but 2 singles pushed together, not a double. Breakfast was superb and well stocked. The young lady who cleans, does breakfast, washing and ironing and everything else was super friendly and attentive. We left her a big tip. The owner is a different story....

Cons:

Our flight was delayed so ended up arriving 4 hours late at 11pm. We did email the property several times and had a generic mail back that we couldn't check in!. Tried to call but no answer. When we arrived we managed to get someone down from their house to check us in. She did not speak English, only Croatian and German. So in my best German we thanked her and apologised for the delay. She was not impressed.
Don't use the bar or café on the beach front. It's not worth the huge hassle and waiting times. We got a bottle of beer from the bar and a family friend of the lady owner took our room number as he couldn't deal with cash or card. We accidentally got our room number wrong so when we came to pay a little later that day we got the third degree (in German) from the lady and that we couldn't be trusted! Further encounters with her were on the private beach when we slightly moved our sun loungers to be in the shade (not allowed) and that we MUST put the parasols down after use and stack the sun loungers. Not a nice person.
Also, there's no shuttle to or from the airport and no lift in the building. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. There is an empty fridge in the room which can be used. The smoke fire alarm has a flashing light which is very bright at night.

Horrible owner, very rude.
Pros:

Cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The owner was very rude and not suitable to be managing the hotel. When we arrived, she was angry that we were somewhat delayed. She insisted that we pay an additional fee upon arrival and only in cash. We said we did not have cash, she just kept insisting, would not take credit card payment.
She insisted on speaking to us in a very rude tone but only in German, after we told her we do not speak German.
She did not allow us to use the beach facilities after breakfast, only if we paid an extra fee even though it was advertised as being included in the hotel rate.

Polecam i hotel, i tę lokalizację.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna. Przy samym morzu. Dobra baza wypadowa do Omisia i Splitu, gdzie można dojechać autobusem (przystanki blisko hotelu). Blisko hotelu sklepy, piekarnia, restauracje i beach bary. Śniadania mało urozmaicone, ale wystarczające.

Cons:

Do pełni szczęścia brakowało czajnika w pokoju.

Pros:

Chefin Mira ist rund um die Uhr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Sie stemmt den ganzen Betrieb fast alleine, trotz ihres hohen Alters. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer für 2 Personen sehr klein. Beim nächsten Mal wissen wir nun, welches von den größeren Zimmern wir buchen können.
