The hotel itself and gardens were spectacular
The staff while very pleasant, were a little slow to attend and often even after ordering they went off to other customers without completing the order or passing it on, and the hotel was not busy so that was the only disappointing feature

El personal, del primero al último, amable y servicial, con una mención especial a David, siempre con una sonrisa, profesional, atento y cercano, lo cual nosotros valoramos mucho. El restaurante 5 tenedores, el SPA, privado, increíble, la piscina perfecta, los masajistas, José y compañía, chapó, nos volvemos nuevos. El ambiente tranquilo y relajado de la zona te ayuda desconectar, en fin... un 10

Es un sitio tranquilo y silencioso , instalaciones muy bonitas y comida muy rica, el personal de 10. Tuvimos un problema en el hotel anterior del que nos fuimos y la chica de la recepción cuando nos recibió nos envió un detalle a la habitación con una carta escrita a mano, lástima que no la vimos más para agradecerle personalmente. Todo el personal muy profesional , y educado y con una atención de 10

I attended a wedding. The food was really excellent, and serving staff and their supervisor , were great.
At check-in, the receptionist was efficient, but I expected a warmer welcome, smiles. I didn't feel made welcome particularly.
The food was outstanding. A true top culinary experience.
Noise travels far too easily - would be nice to reduce later in the evening.
