Great wedding venue and peaceful stay
Pros:

I went for a wedding and stayed for 2 nights. My room was spotless. I had a full size bath as well as an espresso machine, complimentary daily water and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful where I was. The breakfast includes a hot menu that you order from as well as buffet continental selection. There is good variety at breakfast. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

I would have like to known when checking in (or info sheet in my room) what bathroom amenities are offered to guests. My bathroom had the usual amount of towels, a shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand cream but nothing else. I asked for a shower cap and that was provided. This made me wonder if bathrobes, slippers etc.. are also provided upon request.

Awesome place to stay a couple nights and relax
Pros:

Staff were impeccable, the place was beautiful and the location was amazing as we had the Vinuela Lake in front.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

Eventos que no te permitían abrir la ventana por el ruido, para disfrutar de tranquilidad , una de las cosas a la que íbamos.
Frigorífico sin baldas. Roto.
No había infusiones si café.
No había productos de higiene como un simple peine en el baño.
Me lo esperaba mejor.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The food and level of service were wonderful, both in the restaurant when we had dinner and in the dining room when we had breakfast. We were a group of friends who celebrated a birthday and we received a bottle of Cava as a gift which was a very nice gesture

Cons:

I would have liked a few more vegetables at breakfast , but that is a personal preference :)

Pros:

I am absolutely amazed by the top class of this hotel. Not only is it incredibly beautiful, clean, and delicious, but we came to this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us. First of all, we got a great room with a view of the lake, were given a welcome gift and a bottle of champagne, and even served champagne during dinner. They are simply unreal! We are grateful to them from the bottom of our hearts and we will definitely want to visit here again 🤗❤️

Cons:

The word "disliked" cannot even be thought of here 🙂

Prachtige omgeving, fijne service en vriendelijk en leuk personeel en schone kamers.

Cons:

Het regelen van de temperatuur op onze kamer was moeizaam, het bleef redelijk warm, 24 graden.
