Pros:

Le site et l'environnement très calmes.
le personnel très agréable et prévenant.
Les intervenants des soins au spa très compétents.

Cons:

Pas de tableaux au murs dans les chambres, trop impersonnel.
Il manque quelques éléments de confort dans la salle de bain( accessoires de toilette, chaussons)
Au restaurant, rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé( pas de petites mise en bouche même quand on prend un apéritif, quantités un peu faibles, sauf les desserts)
Le petit déjeuner avec toujours les mêmes choses de base, mais le jus d'orange était excellent.

goede waterdruk in badkamer

Cons:

kleine stoffige ouwbollige kamer, op geen enkele manier 4 sterren
te duur en gewoon niet goed en luxe genoeg om 4 sterren en de prijs te rechtvaardigen
twee nachten geslapen en twee dagen lopen hoesten vanwege alle stof en huismijt op kamer. niet geschikt voor gasten die daar niet goed tegen kunnen.

Pros:

No hemos tomado el desayuno. El hotel está en un paraje maravilloso, con una tranquilidad y silencio absoluto. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Me ubicaron en una habitación accesible dado que me desplazo en silla de ruedas y fue muy satisfactoria.

Great lake Hotel
Pros:

Great countryside tranquil hotel near lake Vinuela and mountains. Clean room with lake view from ballony. Good parking. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Restaurant menu is truly good. Wifi is working well. Worth to visit.

Cons:

No trashbox in room.

Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the reservoir. Staff well are very friendly and welcoming. Professional and friendly service in the restaurant and very good food

Cons:

Minor point - the hotel had recently reopened and there was a lot of noisy work going on in the gardens. Made sitting on the balcony a less pleasant experience
