Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport

My last stay in 2024 was not too good, they put me in a room with a connecting family door to another room. A very loud Indian family checked in around 1am and were very loud until 5am. This time I made sure this wasn't the case.
On checking my room on 4th floor, there was a massive build up of dust, and on closer inspection above the skirting boards thick with cobwebs, looks like hadn't been cleaned for weeks.. yuk

1. Hotel sites when booked do not indicate which hotel is inside the airport and which outside, this can easily be construed as a deliberate attempt at confusing customers, and essentially making money off bookings. So same name of hotel, one is inside transit area and does not require a visa for Thailand and one is outside and requires a visa for Thailand.
2. The international booking number or other number on booking does not work.
3. When I got through to hotel outside the airport they were unhelpful in helping to sort it out.
4. I ended up paying 300 dollars approximately for a crummy room, dirty bathroom, for 8 hours.
5. There isn’t even a bar of soap at the washbasin!!
Definitely not worth it - and it would have been better to book a flight with another airline .

It's a very good choice if you want to stay near the airport.Great quality for the price paid. Good facilities and friendly staff .

Staff are great here. Nice place close to airport. Off of a very busy road. Nice walk to 7-11 which has everything.

Terrible hotel...5000 baht for 6 hours and we are given a room which was completely empty except for two small beds and was about 15c with no way to change temperature. I suspect this is a scam to make you pay up another 1000 baht to "upgrade" to a room with some furniture. Noisy staff in the corridors and airport announcements are clearly audible all night. Hard beds, rusty shower etc. A complete disgrace because they don't have competition and don't care. Better to sleep in the airline lounge if you can access rather than this overpriced joke of a transit hotel. When you compare to the excellent Sama Sama airside transit hotel in KL, the Miracle is an embarrassment to Bangkok airport.

Stop it!

Comfortable enough but the hotel is feeling dated in many areas, there is no shade on the roof and the pool is looking worse for wear. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

The rooms here are extremely massive and spacious. The only downside is that it make the rooms extremely echoey which isn’t ideal for light sleepers. It’s extremely convenient if you need access & close proximity to the airport & you have an early start

We have booked a city view room.we entered the room and there was no window in the room , however , bathroom had a city view bathroom. It was difficult for me to stay in a room without a window. And lil mosquitoes in the room and rooftop swimming pool. But it was just a night, so was ok .
Buffet was very nice with vast options. My kid didn't have any trouble with the food . Food was exceptionally good .
And staff were very nice.
7/ 11 is nearby. Location is near to the airport. Not a busy road .

Je suis arrivée assez tard dans la nuit. Accueil pas très chaleureux et pour un hôtel 4etoiles pas bien fourni ( petite serviette de toilette pas de placard...)

Close to the airport, but far from the city (45-50min). If you’re looking for a quiet area with food options, vendor markets, then this is the location for you. Staff was friendly. Easy access to public transportation. Room was clean. The beds did roll around which was scary. But otherwise a very nice hotel.

Very convenient if you have a late night arrival or an early morning departure. Clean and modern looking, bed is just a bit too firm but we weren't fussed as we were only there for one night.

We stayed here for our last night in Bangkok & wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel is amazing value for money. My room was large with a very comfortable bed & huge bathroom. The rooftop pool is great & has amazing views of the runway

Got a chance to spend some time in the miracle lounge, Swarnbhumi Airport, Bangkok, while traveling from China to India. It was very nice. Though there were only a few items in the vegetarian food, but the quality was the best. The staff was polite and courteous. Some food was prepared and served live. In short.. very good experience

Very kind employees, a little further from the airport than I thought it would be, overall a good place to stay for a night
