The room was comfortable, with room service available for added convenience. The location is ideal, only a 5–10 minute walk from downtown. Breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.
As for the parking, it’s more suitable for smaller cars. If you’re driving an SUV like I was, it can be a bit challenging. The parking spaces are quite tight, and the clearance in the underground entrance is limited.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Location is great to byward market and parliament.
The first and more important thing is the parking. They have very accessible parking and it’s fairly cheap compared to any other places around. I’d definitely recommend going to the hotel first, park there and just walk to the main attractions since they are all within 10/15min walk. Lots of restaurants around and very quiet neighbourhood tho. I’d recommend going to the Mexican restaurant and ordering Mexican fries with meat on it (really good experience).
This hotel definitely falls into don’t judge a book by its cover category. The outside might seem “outdated” but rooms are comfortable, clean and organized. I loved the disposition and all it was included.
Breakfast was really gooood and honestly, I was impressed with quality. Staff were very welcoming tho :)
Overall, I’d recommend this place and plan to go back at some point.
Excellent location for byward market. The room and balcony where nice. Free breakfast buffet was pretty good for a free hotel hot breakfast.
Everything was fine... a couple minor points... Parking garage was really tight, but it was secured so that was nice. TV in the room was really small and difficult to see from the bed.
