Только местоположение, удобно с аэропорта
Сотрудники ресепшн встретили нас с каменными лицами. В номере было грязно, пятна на постельном, ноги прилипали к полу, также как и в ресторане. Завтрак был ужасный . Пресные лепешки , удачный кофе из грязной кофемашины. Попросила сделать платно, сказали у них нет . Окна тонкие, слышимость с улицы ужасная

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel for a whole week. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made all the difference.
The atmosphere was warm and comforting — I genuinely felt at home throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

The staff and room was good
Beds and pillows could be better
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities were generally very clean, including my bathroom. I loved the self-service buffet breakfast (all you can eat for 100 DH, including pastries, sasuages, eggs, fruits, yoghurts, and cold meats). The waiters were very professional - and you can pay by card at the till. The location is also great - halfway between the Casablanca coast and the Habous markets to the south, and the tram stop is 5 minutes' walk away. Overall, it has been the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Morocco.
I think because I arrived very late on my first night (10pm), the hot water had run out for my shower. However, I didn't have this problem again for the following nights when I showered earlier. The housekeeping could be a little better (cups and teabags not replaced), but beds were made nicely, and fresh towels were always provided.
Excelente ubicación y un personal muy amable que hizo la estancia aún más agradable. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, con habitaciones cómodas y un ambiente cuidado. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan un hotel bien situado, confortable y a un precio razonable.

Vriendelijk personeel en gunstige locatie. Wij waren er in mei en we konden makkelijk onze auto kwijt. Als het even druk was, was het personeel om het op te lossen. Ontbijt was ook goed.
Soms een klein beetje gehorig van buiten. Maar denk dat geen enkel hotel daar tegen bestendig is. Gezien de burgers patent hebben op de toeters.
