Pros:

Wenn ich in Dresden bin, wohne ich immer dort. Vorteil: kostenloser ÖNPV, man kann ein Rad mieten, 2 große Kinos fußläufig, vom Bahnhof kommend muß man nur die Straße queren, sehr viele Tramlinien direkt am Bahnhof, die Innenstadt in ein paar Min. erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

There may be other better places to stay in Dresden.
Pros:

1. dicounted breakfast (12.99 Euro for room guests) is convenient for the busy travellers or businessmen, be careful of maybe wrong price higher for you.
2. nearby location : just front to the main station.

Cons:

1. poor sound-proof, esp. walking sound from 4th floor room just upper on my 3rd floor room.
2. They don't clean the room basically and even not cleaning trash can everyday by the name of ecolife or "loving the earth".

Great place for a short stay steps away from the train station.
Pros:

Comfortable sleeping, clean spacious room, check-in/check-out very fast and friendly.

Cons:

You can still hear some trains, but not to the extent it’s a problem for sleeping.
