Séjour à Rome de 4 nuits dans hôtel 3 étoiles assez décevant.
Pros:

Proximité de la gare de Rome et de la station de métro ( 9 à 10 minutes à pied ). Restaurants et pizzerias corrects à proximité immédiate.Quartier relativement calme pour Rome. Petit déjeuner assez simple mais correct, sans plus. Personnel du petit déjeuner très aimable qui faisait de son mieux pour rendre service( malgré son handicap pour ne pas parler le Français).

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas du tout Français
( contrairement à ce qui est indiqué par l'hôtel ) Donc aucune indication sur les sites à visiter, hormis celui de nous présenter la carte de Rome et en entourant les sites principaux.Aucun dialogue possible sauf en Italien ou en Anglais. La chambre et la salle de bains sont tres petites et assez vétustes. Les équipements de la salle de bains sont détériorés ( matériels de la douche en tres mauvais état , robinet du lavabo et bonde en mauvais état). Ménage mal effectué 0et négligé ( poubelle non vidée un matin, plateau de la bouilloire non realimente par sachets de sucre ,dosettes, etc...), minibar défectueux ( a été réparé sur ma demande).Pas de fiche cartonnée disponible pour indiquer sur la porte que le ménage pouvait être effectué en notre absence ( nous avons retrouvé des femmes de ménage dans notre chambre alors que nous retournions du petit déjeuner, assez genant, manque d'intimité).

Bel endroit pour quelques jours à Rome.
Pros:

Pas trop loin des vieux quartiers. Employés gentils et courtois. Petite chambre mais confortable, bien équipée et propre.

Very good hotel!
Pros:

Friendly staff, a bit simple but nice breakfast, seem-to-be recently renovated room, and 10-minute walk from the Rome train station. A very nice hotel and we will be happy to stay there again for our next travel to Rome.

Cons:

Just a minor thing. It would be more perfect if there is a small desk for people who travel for business.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans une rue calme, près des métros et la gare, avec plein de commerces/restos pas loin. Chambre spacieuse et personnel très sympa

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, very close to Rome termini, the staff were amazing and very helpful, when I said I won’t make it for my morning breakfast due to an early train, they offered to get me a little breakfast bag. So sweet of them. Honestly couldn’t recommend more. If I ever book a trip to Rome again, it’s a place I would definitely stay at.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Termini ma in zona tranquilla con diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
Camera di buone dimensioni con bagno ben attrezzato.
Colazione più che soddisfacente personale gentile e disponibile.
La fermata Metro Castro Pretorio so trova nelle vicinanze.
