The location was magnificent! And the authentic mannequins in classic Roman period costumes in the hallway were a wonderful idea – very educational for the kids. The staff was wonderful. The ventilation and air conditioning worked perfectly and were a real relief in the heat. The garden was very nice - very cute for the centre of Rome.
The restaurant was not something outstanding - just good enough.

So we were at the airport for 3 hours because they lost 2 of our luggage.
We were supposed to have a private car take us to the hotel and they left us at the airport. We had to take a taxi . We were very disappointed.

La ubicacion es excelente.
Tuvimos un baño con bañera/jacuzzi. Muy incomodo. La oferta del desayuno se repite mañana tras mañana. Un poco monótono para quien le gusta variar.

The menu could be tweaked slightly to include lasagne/pizza .

Shower was tricky, sort of strange hallways and layout. Breakfast was just so-so.
Great Hotel. Well maintained, clean andcomfortable rooms and a lovely backyard garden wich os perfect for a quiet and relaxed evening.
The breakfast was always plenty and fresh with a great variety ranging from baked beans over fresh fruits to delicious cakes.
And the best part: Kind and dedicated staff, who always took care of our well beeing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and was a perfect start to the day.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions and historic landmarks, making it easy to explore the city by walking!
We visited during an exceptionally hot period, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel, especially in our room, was a real lifesaver. It made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and recharge after spending time sightseeing in the heat.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Have just returned from a fantastic stay here. Nice, comfortable hotel and a great location. Found a shortcut from the hotel that brought us out at Vittoriano (via The Capitoline Hill and a drinking water fountain - Very useful in the 40c heat!)
Staff were helpful & very friendly and you’ll definitely appreciate the A/C when walking in. We had a great view over the Palatine Hill and the garden at the back of the hotel in the evening was beautiful. Would definitely return!
The hotel is very close to the Forum and Colesseum. It is well kept with a professional staff. They provided a detailed map and highlighted main sights to see
Breakfast was pretty typical buffet, with an efficient wait staff.
The rooms were clean and we had an espresso maker in each room. One of the rooms had doors that opened to the garden.
Staff was incredible, helpful and friendly. They worked to accommodate our early arrival with ease and reliable communication. The bar and garden were a plus along with clean cool rooms for sleeping. The breakfast options were wonderful, dinner was just okay.
The position is its most valuable point.

Little renovation especially in the bathroom
Other than the air conditioning not cooling sufficiently, everything was wonderful. Breakfast was outstanding and we looked forward to it each morning. Concierge folks were helpful and very kind! Shower needs work.
