Ottimo soggiorno, ci torneremo.
Pros:

Posizione ottima in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e davvero carina. Letti comodissimi. Camere pulite e spaziose, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione molto buona.

Cons:

Niente di importante. Qualche arredo qua e là un po' datato (es. vasca da bagno), le due tv in camera che si accendono assieme con lo stesso telecomando. Sciocchezze.

Nice facilities and staff but location some way from main attractions except the Colosseum.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a nice coffee machine offering an excellent choice of beverages.

Cons:

Despite numerous requests my instant coffee was never replenished in the morning and there was no milk. I had to collect my own every afternoon when I got back. I do consider milk an essential part of tea and coffee!
Although the location was by the Forum the nearest Metro was a long walk away up a steep hill to the Collosseum. No nearby bus stops so public transport difficult. It is also a long distance from main attractions/city centre.

An enjoyable stay in very good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good it had a nice selection of food. Dining room was very pleasant, as were staff.
Nice outdoor area to read or have a drink .

Cons:

The bathroom in our "upgraded" room was in poor condition. The shower screen over the bath was not able to be moved making it impossible for the controls to be set prior to getting in to bath, not good for myself as an older guest.
The toilet pan was old and needs replaced there was staining that was not able to be removed that was very unpleasant.
There were areas in the bath that were also stained.
These marks were not due to poor cleaning standards, the room was clean .
Teas and coffee were not replenished daily and no milk was available in the room. Milk could be requested from bar staff.

全体的に大満足でした。
Pros:

部屋も広く清潔でした。
朝食も普通のバイキングで美味しかったです。
連泊しましたが掃除も行き届いていて、タオルも補充されていて快適でした。
また、コロッセオにも近く、
街の中心地までもアクセスが良かったです。

Cons:

夜中何度かブレーカーが落ちたように電気が切れました。
部屋のエアコンの操作が難しく少し寒かったです。

Recomendo MUITO!
Pros:

O hotel tem uma boa localização. Fica bem atrás do Fórum Romano, com um pouco de entusiasmo, dá pra ir à pé em quase todos os lugares mais visitados de Roma. A cama é boa, confortável e o tamanho do quarto é muito bom também. Bom café da manhã e a equipe tira todas as suas dúvidas, equipe excelente.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei muito foi do chuveiro. Talvez na época aquele trambolho seria interessante, mas hoje só atrapalha e ocupa espaço, já que não funciona direito. Mas nada que abale a qualidade do hotel, que é excelente!

Fantastisk beliggenhed for deltagelse i Rom marathon. Rolige omgivelser og kort til Travestere

Cons:

Ikke just spændende morgenmad. Matcher ikke hotellet som helhed. Kedeligt brød, lille udvalg og dårlig kaffe. Balancen mellem mængden af kager og sund morgenmad var forkert. Ikke nogen frisk juice.

Brilliant hotel. Just far enough. away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Spotless, friendly staff, and the restaurant is amazing. The steak was exceptional. The two waiters in reception are fantastic. They are friendly and love their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble

Excellent hotel, location and welcome
Pros:

We had a friendly welcome from Gabriella on reception and all staff were friendly and helpful. A small issue on arrival with how the beds were made up was dealt with efficiently (double beds are assumed so request twins if you need or prefer them) meant our two rooms were changed and our bags stored and had been taken up to the rooms by the time we arrived back from lunch elsewhere.
We enjoyed the breakfast very much, liked the style of the rooms, the quiet peaceful location and opening the curtains to the lovely view of the garden. We spent short periods of time in the garden. Location excellent for access to the Forum and other ancient sites; 5-10 minutes walk to viewpoints of the Forum - not to be missed after dark.
Special thanks to the breakfast and restaurant/bar staff and the bellhop, and to the cleaners for maintaining high standards of cleanliness every day.
This was our second visit having decided to book the Kolbe Hotel again.
I recommend asking reception for a taxi booking back to the airport.

Excellent hotel, cannot fault anything
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at the Kolbe Hotel. The staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely friendly accommodating to any request we had. Upon check in, we received an upgrade to a junior suite which was perfect and unexpected. The rooms was clean, spacious and had comfy beds. The bathroom was roomy which is unusual for city hotels. The breakfast buffet great, with plenty of choice and again friendly, helpful staff. The location is approx 10-15min walk to the Forum/Colosseum and the area is safe at night. The bar staff make the best Cosmo (highly recommend ordering) and is very reasonably priced. Overall we cannot fault anything with our stay and will definitely stay again should we return to Rome.

Das "warme" Frühstück war immer lauwarm bis kalt.
Aus unserem Zimmer wurden 450 € entwendet.
