Everything but our room was wondeful.
Pros:

The staff & lobby area were great. Our room was spacious & clean.

Cons:

Our bathroom was outdated & handicap-accessible, which I didn't realize. Also, the shower area had no light above & was very dark. Also there was very little water pressure. There was also a loud noise that happened a few times an hour that my husband assumes was the heating/cooling unit struggling to turn on. Also, bed was way too firm to be comfortable.

Rhw room has stains on the carpet and the upholstery pieces. Bed linens looked a little worn. Rooms could use some updating for the price

Much was wrong but young lady at front desk was kind when we finally got to check in and the bed was comfortable and cle
Pros:

The town had been hit by a massive storm about a week before we were there. Consider that as you read my comments about the property.

Cons:

First, they only had one person working the front desk and we had to wait at least 30 minutes before the line even moved. Ran us late to go to our event. The room smelled so musty from the time we walked in. No food was available, closed, didn’t say why. Pool closed. Water was green.

It was relaxing and accommodating. I was able to check in early and get my luggage in my room.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. Eggs were a little rubbery, but I like the convenience of grabbing a bite there because of convenience. I was glad I didn’t pay extra for it because it would not have been a value. I love the squishy pillow and asked to buy one. They weren’t for sale.

I enjoyed our short stay at your hotel.
Pros:

The first room they put us in, rm 114, had a leaking tub, staff switched our room immediately without asking. Room were really clean.

Cons:

The pool was green and the jacuzzi was broke. The lighting at the pool at night was minimal.
