I will stay here anytime I am in Norman! Cannot beat the value, location & super friendly staff.

Nice place to stay in Norman
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful - even asking where we were going for dinner and providing and voucher for a free appetizer. The facility was beautiful, and the location was convenient. Lots of nearby dining options.

Cons:

Breakfast was a separate charge. The pool was not heated as advertised and the hot tub was out of order.

Better than expected
Pros:

Kathy, who checked us in, was the nicest and most helpful person of anywhere we have stayed. She asked if we were going to eat and told us of 3 popular places. She was super friendly! The breakfast was really organized and the lady that ran that area was really nice and helpful.

Location was perfect right in the middle of restaurants close to the movie theater and down the street from the mall. Staff was amazing and helpful. Customer was on point. The place was very clean and welcoming.
