Overall our stay was fine, the room was o ly used to sleep and shower.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast options were good

Cons:

Rhw room has stains on the carpet and the upholstery pieces. Bed linens looked a little worn. Rooms could use some updating for the price

Much was wrong but young lady at front desk was kind when we finally got to check in and the bed was comfortable and cle
Pros:

The town had been hit by a massive storm about a week before we were there. Consider that as you read my comments about the property.

Cons:

First, they only had one person working the front desk and we had to wait at least 30 minutes before the line even moved. Ran us late to go to our event. The room smelled so musty from the time we walked in. No food was available, closed, didn’t say why. Pool closed. Water was green.

It was relaxing and accommodating. I was able to check in early and get my luggage in my room.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. Eggs were a little rubbery, but I like the convenience of grabbing a bite there because of convenience. I was glad I didn’t pay extra for it because it would not have been a value. I love the squishy pillow and asked to buy one. They weren’t for sale.

I enjoyed our short stay at your hotel.
Pros:

The first room they put us in, rm 114, had a leaking tub, staff switched our room immediately without asking. Room were really clean.

Cons:

The pool was green and the jacuzzi was broke. The lighting at the pool at night was minimal.

Pretty, Pleasant and provides Sweet Dreams after a Fabulous Day at the Western Cowboy Museum!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we rested well there in Norman, Oklahoma!
