I’ll just stay at the Mantra next time. Great staff though
Pros:

The property was good, but for the same money at the Mantra you get a kitchen, BBQ at the pool, a gym and don’t pay for secure parking. Mercure is nice but Mantra was better value for money.

Cons:

Paying for secure parking in Port Macquarie… I paid $15, I only paid $20 on the Gold Coast.. Mantra is free.

staff were average , when checking in lady didn’t look up from computer, told nothing about the place or town other than the restaurant opens at 5

Convenient, neat, tidy, pleasant staff. Everything we needed
Pros:

It was very central and close to where we needed to be. It was reasonably priced for that and the event we were attending.

Cons:

We had a twin room and the headboard was for where you put the two beds together to make a king so it was half headboard half wall

Pros:

Staff were amazing with exceptional service during check-in. Convenient location, central to everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable for overnight stay. Pool was a hit kids. Parking right in front of hotel has 2hrs time limit during business hours which was perfect for us because we stayed overnight and left before parking hours started. Hotel do offer underground parking at a per day fee.
