Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

A very generic hotel although it was the best Mecure hotel we had stayed in. Good position. Restaurant is very good. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

I personally don't like carpet in hotel rooms, I much prefer a hard floor. Also no need for cushions on the bed. Option to have warm milk for the room would be nice

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious with a lovely outlook over the city out to the mountains.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable. The carpet had stains, and there was quite a bit of rust and damage in the bathroom. The whole room had a fairly bland and dated feel to it.
