A Comfortable Stay In A Great Location
Pros:

Location was great for our Glasshouse concert. Room was spacious. Air con very good. No shower over the bath here - walk in shower was very good.

The Centrality to the Shopping Area is ideal. Although the stay rate price is at the upper end of the range, the Hotel facilities, friendly and professional staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and the bed comfort and room furnishings are excellent.
Any future stay in Port Macquarie by me will be certainly at the Mercure Centro.

Central city stay, very comfortable for adults and kids
Pros:

We liked the rooms they were clean and set up well, bit tight in the bathroom but it was OK.

Cons:

The staff charged drinks to our room by mistake. If we didn't notice then we wouldn't have known. They eventually owned the mistake after a couple of emails and a phone call. Breakfast finished quite early
