The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, which were always fresh and hot. It was also very convenient to have water available at all times. These thoughtful touches made the experience even more comfortable. Thank you to the team for such great hospitality.

Cons:

The only major downside of our stay was the internet service. The Wi-Fi speed in the entire hotel was around 1 Mbps, which is extremely slow and practically unusable for work or streaming. There was also no option to upgrade to a faster connection. Considering that this hotel is located in New York, it is surprising to experience internet speeds that are significantly slower than standard mobile phone data. In today’s world, reliable high-speed internet is essential for guests, especially for business travelers.
