It was a pleasant experience, and I would stay at this hotel again.

High cost, good location, lack of amenities, grumpy staff, and inconvenient room cleaning

The location and room were decent.

Cons:

One of the main staff at the front desk couldn’t care less about service, barely said anything and projected a grumpy demeanor. Our room was never cleaned by the time we returned to the hotel each day (~4pm) and I had to call each afternoon to request a cleaning (despite the front desk saying the rooms would be cleaned every day without the need for requests). This was an expensive hotel and had no real amenities to justify its high cost (i.e., no refrigerator in the room, outdated technology). My experience was not great and I would not stay here again.

Cons:

The elevator doesn’t work, 2 of 7 nights they didn’t clean my room beacause they were out of staff…and in general the hotel and room wasn’t so clean, the wifi really poor

Definitely stay again due to location
Pros:

The location was the best thing about this hotel and for that i would stay there again. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, coffee and outlets. They had free hot chocolate, coffee and bottled water.

Cons:

Could have been more updated. Photos were a little misleading. Things that were somewhat dirty should just be replaced. No extra blankets in the room. View, but didn't request a special view. Parking was offsite.

the hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. The photos are misleading and it is poorly maintened!

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised online, and the reality is far below expectations. For the price they charge, you would expect a much better standard of quality, cleanliness, and maintenance.

The hotel feels poorly maintained and not properly taken care of. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the air conditioning did not work properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable.
