Staff was amazing, the area was good.
Pros:

The property was in a good quiet area.

Cons:

The room definitely needed to be remodeled the carpet was teared, the bathroom wall was coming apart, the bathroom curtain was short so when in the shower the water splashed everywhere and made a mess. Also, no fridge which was a bit frustrating.

Great location and quality rooms.
Pros:

Loved that you all cleaned the rooms daily. Loved the coffees and free waters. Would like to stay again if I can it discounted.

Cons:

The restrooms are small with little shelf space. You can consider shelves in the shower. My room's AC unit was falling apart but I was able to manage the cooling from the wall.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra obsługa, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w hotelu stale dostępne kawa, herbata, woda. Na pieszo z hotelu masz w zasięgu od Battery Park do Central Park i dalej. Bardzo dobre miejsce, blisko metra.

Cons:

Bardzo miękkie materace, ale to może być personalna preferencja, więc mimo, że mi może i przeszkadzało, to innym by pasowało.

Niezależne to od hotelu, ale codziennie nawet po północy słychać klaksony samochodów pod oknem. Ale to New York....... ;)
Uwaga dla podróżnych z ciężkim bagażem - na pobliskiej stacji metra nie ma windy na peron w stronę uptown... to też niezależne od hotelu :)

We were happy to have found a nice place to stay in SoHo with such a friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great location. Free bottles of water was an added surprise !

Cons:

The roof top was a bit disappointing.

Excellent location, great staff, good decent rooms. Good value.
Pros:

Location is really excellent. Neighborhood is fun and close to excellent subway lines. The hotel itself is a nice building and the rooftop deck that you can hang out on is good. 24/7 coffee and tea plus free water were nice. Rooms were very good for NYC (but for other cities were average -- ha!). Spacious rooms though. And I liked that you can crack the window open to get some fresh air.

Cons:

It's NYC so you end up overpaying for hotels. Their price is competitive and a good value... but.. it the Wold Cup was in town and I ended up paying 2x what I normally pay to stay here (I have stayed here many times).. so.. that hurt.

הגענו למלון בשיפוצים ואף אחד לא הודיע על זה, קיבלנו חדר מלא בליכלוך (גרביים, בקבוקים וניירות טישו) , היחס של הצוות בקבלה היה מזעזע, הלכנו מיד למלון אחר, לא להתקרב למלון!
