I will say the staff was friendly. The hotel and facilities were clean. The breakfast was great.
What wasn’t great we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to connect, which was not detrimental to our stay. The mini fridge in the room made a loud sound which made it hard to sleep. We did unplug it and made sure to tell the front office the next day very minor issues that can easily be fixed. We were only there one night so we didn’t find it necessary to make a big deal about it. We would stay here again.

Most areas were nice. However The pool are was filthy. Broken or no screens in open windows. Open door to the pump room. It had a fan blowing on the equipment. The hot tub was cloudy. So I didn’t use it. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. And the dead roaches and various other bugs were everywhere.
I was also not informed that there would be a $100 incidental hold. I was ok with this. I just should have been informed.
The phone said dial 911 in an emergency. But it was dead in the pool area.
The breakfast needs to be a little better 😕

Beds were really hard, hard to control temperature in A/C, shower curtain was torn made room look worn and old. Sofa sleeper was all coils, really uncomfortable.
Ran out of yogurt and would have been nice to have some fruit

Pool not working hot tub not working and breakfast was good if you got some but going to baseball early they were tending to put out just very little food at a time so everyone didn’t get appropriate amounts maybe bacon maybe not and so honest
Convenient where we were needing and recently priced
Pool was not working and we were there for a ball tournament after the third day the pool worked I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have had it fixed before summer started and very disappointed that I can’t get my comfort my points because I booked through Booking.com and never told that
