Good.
Pros:

Liked location. Room was clean and nice size bathroom. Location was good. Was easy to get to historical part of town and Hilton Head.

Cons:

Didn’t like I couldn’t get hot water but, most hotels I stay out have the same problem.

Alright. Probably won't stay at a la quinta next time.
Pros:

The price was very good and competitive.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff didn't clean or room but once. After having to go and get towels everyday, one housekeeper told my husband that I told her not to clean the room. That wasn't true, and I would have just used the do not disturb sign. They couldn't understand English that well when trying to ask them a question, and one was on the phone talking while during my conversation with her. There were big dogs barking when my family left or returned to our room. Dog fur down the hallway, too. And housekeepers were eating the breakfast with their kids in the hotel and were working too. Didn't seem very professional.

Very nice, would stay there again.
Pros:

Very nice, clean, room was spacious, price was good. Employees were very friendly.

Cons:

Bathtub was very clean, but also very slippery. Slid down, luckily, wasn't hurt other than bruising. Would be nice if these bathtubs had something to hold on to when stepping in and out.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. When I arrived, the room was dirty, messy, and in unacceptable condition. There were no other rooms available, so I couldn’t stay. I’ve been waiting for my refund, and still no response. I do not recommend this place until they improve their cleanliness and customer service.
