Cons:

The pool was shut down by the health department and no where was it listed when booking. The blinds were broken, the sleeper sofa is tiny and did not have any sheets/bedding available. It was broken as well. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bed pillows were more like throw pillows.

You shiild refund my $ for the major inconvience I was forced to endure

I reserved a wheelchair accessible room online. I called the hotel directly to assure the bathroom had Ada bathroom & was mislead. It did not have regulated toilet height and grab bars I could use. Had to have my grandson pick me up place me on off toilet. I would have left to find a different hotel but it was almost midnight and very tired from traveling. The loby bathroom was no use either. It had the correct toilet & bars but I could not get to the bar because space too short between closed door & toilet, wheelchair didn’t fit between them

Let's face it, most hotels/motels are not known for fabulous free breakfasts ... but this was by far the worst. We didn't even attempt ot the 2nd morning.
Beds are not comfortable.
Bed bugs in one of the 2 rooms we booked. My son and my dad ended up with many bites on their arms and legs and we had to treat their clothes and bags immediately after returning home.
