Over it was a great stay and the suite was exactly what comfort my dogs and I needed

The general manager was amazing! The room was nice and just what I needed but I can’t stress enough how great the manager was

Cons:

The bathroom was not ever clean there were hairs all over the floor and in the tub. The carpet looked like it had a few wet spots when we came in. And stains on the carpet

Pet friendly, breakfast

Cons:

TV in room didn't work, asked about it and manager said someone would come check, never did. Whirlpool outside was broken. Hallway smelled like cat pee, room had mold.
Young daughter accidentally left daughter's headphones by accident, called multiple times asking for help to return them, offered to pay for shipping, got the run around and staff was rude about it. They never arrived. Had to replace costing $650.
