The staff were very courteous. The breakfast was hot and good. Had alot of things to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean.
We had a handicapp room. My only concern was there were no bars next to toilet to assist someone trying to stand up who may have issues with that as my husband does.

Loved the location. It was easy to find and located near other parts of the city that are popular. Straight shot to downtown about 10-15 minutes away.
No local channels on the tv in the room. Was looking for channels that would share how the weather was in town as well as news about what was going on in town. Also wanted access to the football games but was unable to find the channel. Just Direct TV.

Overbooked the hotel! Yes I got a different room but it felt like a hospital room. I didn’t receive any cleaning services such as towels and linens, no trash was collected. Plus the constant noise from both AC units. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Room was spacious, bed and pull out was comfortable. Employee that checked me in was nice and professional. Very quiet entire stay. Breakfast was good. In the room there was plenty plenty plug in for electronic devices. Plenty of bright lighting. The shades were very unique and functional. Slight odor in the room when we first got in there but after wipe down with cleaner, smelled better. Spacious drawers for storing items. Linen was stain free and clean.
The tub had no stopper. Went to the front desk to ask for one and none was available. Went to purchase one. Pull out bed had no linens in the room but the front desk gave me some when I went to ask for it. The dispensers in bathroom had crusty buildup, meaning housekeeping not cleaning them between guests, they also barely had product in them. Upon arrival the smell in the lobby was nauseating. The carpet in the halls is in dire need of cleaning. The elevator inspection sticker expired 12/25. The water pressure was low when running water for tub, but very good for the shower. The fridge only got drinks mildly cool, and the freezer part did not work at all. Popsicles melted. Grandson had tonsils removed so this was a very big inconvenience.

Breakfast wasn't that great, fruits were going bad, sausage looked old and the coffee was terrible. It had a old musty smell. Pool was dirty, the kids were unable to use it.
Front desk clerk was super friendly
Chose hotel because it is pet friendly and right off I 95 . There is very little grassy area on the hotel property. Had to walk over to the Drury Hotel which had larger well kept grassy pet friendly areas. While driving observed other hotels also had more pet friendly areas. The first room we were given smelled like smoke although a smoke free room, and were moved to another room. Has free standing ac unit in room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Overall would not go back.
Location was great, was able to spend time with my sister. Resturants and the outlet mall was within a few miles.
Install a backup generator as the weather was bad on day one there and power went out for several hours.
