Pros:

Прекрасный отель. Самый высокий уровень сервиса и гостеприимства, которыя я когда-либо встречал. Очень много маленьких деталей в сервисе, из которых складывается понимание, что ты получаешь первокласное обслуживание. На территории прекрасный парк, в котором можно погулять. А какие шикарные свежие ягоды на завтрак! Такого я нигде не встречал. Сейчас буду стараться останавливаться в отелях Four Seasons в своих путешествиях. Персоналу огромный респект

Pros:

The hotel is super luxury and nice but is super far from the center.They didn’t have kettle in the room which is unbelievable for such a level hotel.There were also confusion with our reservation,they tried to give us room with two separate beds in case we were couple.Overall I would not stay again in this hotel

По приезду дали нет тот номер , который запрашивали , в конечном итоге поменяли на более лучший , и не принесли по приезду сразу в номер мой заранее обговоренный заказ , и не понравился совершенно рыбный ресторан отеля и в особенности обслуживание в нем
