Please note the below:
- According to the government regulations, a valid photo ID showing address must be carried by every person checking in the hotel. Passport with valid visa compulsory for foreigners.
- Early check-in subject to availability. Prior to 9 am will be chargeable at a special rate of INR 3000 inclusive of all taxes.
- Late check-out subject to availability. Later than 1300 hrs a special rate of INR 3000 inclusive of all taxes will be charged for any checkouts till 1800 hrs thereafter full day charge as per the prevailing rate will be applicable.
- Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in.
- Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.
- Visitors are strictly not allowed in the room.
- Smoking strictly not allowed in the room.
- The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
-Outside food is not allowed in the hotel.
- Airport pick - up can be booked directly at the hotel @ Rs. 1850 plus 18% one way excluding toll / parking charges. To book please email on info@krishnapalaceresidency.com.

Pros:

It’s a Hotel with value for money well located clean and excellent vegetarian food .
Staff is courteous.

Airport shuttle was provided mentioned as complimentary in booking . But it was billed at the time of checkout by Manager Ritesh without prior intimating that the service was chargeable and what the rate was .

Cons:

It is a very good hotel for stay in south Mumbai .

Pros:

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good location. All of the staff were very helpful. They allowed us to stay an extra hour before checking out at no extra cost. Good facility to store luggage for free after checkout if going sightseeing.

Front desk stuff was VERY VERY HELPFUL. ALWAYS GAVE MORE THAN YOU ASK . VERY NICE
