Please note the below:
- According to the government regulations, a valid photo ID showing address must be carried by every person checking in the hotel. Passport with valid visa compulsory for foreigners.
- Early check-in subject to availability. Prior to 9 am will be chargeable at a special rate of INR 3000 inclusive of all taxes.
- Late check-out subject to availability. Later than 1300 hrs a special rate of INR 3000 inclusive of all taxes will be charged for any checkouts till 1800 hrs thereafter full day charge as per the prevailing rate will be applicable.
- Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in.
- Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.
- Visitors are strictly not allowed in the room.
- Smoking strictly not allowed in the room.
- The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
-Outside food is not allowed in the hotel.

Everything is good at the property.
Good food and good facilities.
No complaints with anything except that one girl at the reception who makes it worse for us.
The reception staff. There are two females at the reception, who are horrible. They have no idea of how to talk to customers, will ask for money as soon as I book it from the booking.com site. The paper work for the stay is never ready as well.
We asked them to help us keep our bag at the reception for sometime as we were departing later, to which the receptionist denied with a sense of entitlement.
And when i asked why? The way she looked at me lol, she would have killed me in that moment. Mostly must be angry at her parents so bad in that moment, she made sure we feel threatened in that moment. Madam needs to learn soft skills for sure.
We booked this hotel in a rush and at short notice because of the cricket world cup. Having knowingly taken a risk we were pleasantly surprised about the location, amenities and lovely staff. The room was functional but clean, the restaurant was a good mix of local and European. All in alla very good stay.
Staff were friendly and assisting where they could be.
Barely any soap was given in the bathrooms, the floors stink of smoke. My room was very dusty when I arrived. My mattress was broken as well

It’s a Hotel with value for money well located clean and excellent vegetarian food .
Staff is courteous.
Airport shuttle was provided mentioned as complimentary in booking . But it was billed at the time of checkout by Manager Ritesh without prior intimating that the service was chargeable and what the rate was .
It is a very good hotel for stay in south Mumbai .
