Great location and great value
Pros:

Very convenient location for my personal needs visiting friends and going to a Comicon and also to Cape Kennedy. Very good breakfast buffet and very clean all over.

We walked in the room and decided to not stay at the hotel and got a refund. It was so dirty and smelled so bad. Stains all over a chair when you walked in

Wonderful staff. Basic facility.
Pros:

I don't eat breakfast, but wish the coffee, tea and cream/sugar were available 24/7. Not all travelers in FL are tourists.
