Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy

Not a good location with the family and kids, as there were lots of bars and night clubs across the roads.
Staffs English communication was not satisfactory.
Rooms were very clean, breakfast was satisfactory. The room cards were not always working properly at the lifts, had to change and report to the reception several times,

Nice hotel. Very busy part of city. Traffic is really bad.

This hotel was walkable to the main street that has a lot of restaurants and the BTS. The room attendant Aoi was very attentive, polite, and efficient. The room was spotless and had a great view of the city. It also had a powerful shower and modern aesthetics with strong and reliable wifi. Breakfast buffet was very good as well with a nice variety of meals with Mexican options as well.

The room was very spacious and clean. However, the Aircondition temperature gauge could not be adjusted and at times the room was uncomfortably cold. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly and quickly responded to all our needs.
Location was very good.. very convenient to many restaurants, transportation and shopping options. We will use this hotel in the future.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff also super friendly and helpful! Spoke god english. Free water to the room everyday. Fridge and micro for conveniences. Pool was really nice for the kids.

Everyone here is very friendly and service oriented. Great place for families.

Breakfast is being done by another company but is well service by staff and management. Hot food items need to be hotter however. You can order fresh eggs made almost any style for fresh and hot 🔥

Pawan and Note from the dinning room were excellent and made my stay extra special. Everyone is friendly and this is a great family hotel. Breakfast has lots of choices but they need a microwave to bring food up to temperature

I don't know the reason, but they publish photos on the internet, of the view from the rooms. that doesn't exist.

We are a family of 4, 2 adult and 2 children, 15 and 12 yrs old, we stayed in a family room with bunk beds. It was comfortable and a good size. location was excellent for food and shopping malls. Overall we found this hotel to be good value for money, clean effiecent, breakfast was good although we would have liked to see baked beans to make it a complete english breakfast :)

Great breakfast. We are family of 3 with 2 kids. The family suite with bunkbed was excellent. Spacious, clean, staffs were helpful and great. Would stay here again!

Organized, clean, friendly staff, activities for guests. Will return again, my only suggestion is to have a safety bar in the shower, the tiles are slippery. Other than that, everything was great

Disappointing stay – not relaxing at all
If you’re after a peaceful holiday, this isn’t the place. The resort is full of families and screaming kids — don’t expect to quietly relax by the pool. The walls are paper thin; we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms, including intimate moments, which was incredibly uncomfortable. We were kept up late by noisy children (starting around 9pm) and a loud fight at the on-site Mexican restaurant that went on till 10:30pm. On top of that, the staff’s English was very limited, making communication difficult — unclear and frustrating Overall, we left feeling exhausted rather than rested.

This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff.

The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation.
