Cons:

Someone came in my roomm, when I went out to dinner. And stole some personal items from my bag I left in the room. The bottom lock doesn't work on the door. And they truly need to fix the sidewalk going into the room. The sidewalk has been like that for 2 yrs its terrible. They can be sued.

First night was fine my second night . Items was stolen from my room when I went out to dinner. Bottom lock on door doesn't work. Need more security on door considering the area in Norfolk . No lightning over bathroom sink.

Check in was at 3 and I was there waiting. Got key cards from office but had to wait 2 hours for room to be cleaned .

The size of the much bigger Quad

Cons:

They don't supply you with enough Tissue, towels nor wash cloths....I had 5 people and they had no soap 2 towels and 2 washcloths...a half of roll of tissue...good thing it was a one night stay....

It was okay
Pros:

The staff were super nice and the room was big and spacious.

My room was not swept and there was little ants everywhere (floor, table etc)
