Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, en general la atención del personal y que puedas encontrar en el mismo lugar un servicio de buena comida para después de trabajar me parece bueno.

Cons:

Que la empresa u hotel no tenga los mismos valores entre booking y el mismo hotel.

Pros:

Tranquilo, bien ubicado, bueno. En otra estadía probaremos la calidad del restaurant.

Cons:

La jabonera del lavatorio no funciona. El jabón de la ducha no tenía nada. Falta preocupación de los jefes y personal.

It was pleasant.
Pros:

The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I opened the curtains in the morning, and to my surprise, they didn’t have lining so I had to keep them closed all day for privacy which made the room dark. The lights had to stay on at all times.
Also, I needed to iron a garment and I requested an iron which it was provided. Five minutes later I received a call from the front desk requesting the iron back because someone else needed. The hotel should have more than one iron in site, and they should invest in lining for their curtains. Thank you!

Pros:

Well known Hotel in calm area, without noise from streets, nice restaurant and bar, well prepared beds, nice pool and it's surrounding for afternoon relax. Very helpful staff especially in reception.

Cons:

I believe hotel should invest more for renewing the room equipment to became better than the other accommodations in Rancagua in price/quality ratio.
