Hôtel Brittany & Spa

Such a beautiful spa hotel! Best of all, it was very relaxed - the staff were wonderful - so it was like floating around in a palace (sometimes with a dressing gown on). Fab location, close to town and overlooking beach and harbour.

The hotel is lovely, the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent, a truly fabulous experience.

Exceptional over night stay in the hotel Brittany. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The cuisine in the restaurant was outstanding and a real experience. Definitely worth a visit highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay and ate some truly amazing food. We will definitely come back

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, from the professional, but warm greeting to the tastefully decorated facilities and room. We were accompanied to our room, which these days is a rarity everything was shown and explained: the patio area, the indoor swimming pool, the robes, the safe, how to properly lock the door leading to patio area, etc.
Our accommodation was a “Manoir room tradition”, a 20square meters room that I found the room to be delightfully decorated, reflecting the seaside atmosphere. There was a small sitting area. On the bed was a personalized greeting with a small bag of sweets. Near the kettle, furnished with coffee and tea packets, were two Madeleine’s that we enjoyed each day with our coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the linens of high-quality cotton.
The location of the hotel is also notable with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and the island of Batz and only about 10 minutes walk to the “center”. Also, the hotel offers parking, which a huge bonus. I highly recommend a stay when in Roscoff!

The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant. Stunning view of an interesting bay. There might have been gym facilities perhaps?

This was a fantastic second stop in Brittany. The hotel, also home to a Michelin-starred restaurant (we ate there one night - WOWZA!!), is a beautiful centuries-old seaside manor house that has been added onto and renovated. I saw some reviewer refer to this gem as no better than a Hilton, and I couldn't disagree more.

We stayed in a seaview balcony room, and every night we watched the sun set on the horizon, creating that golden light (and then pink sky) that only fresh, non-polluted air can provide.

The room was very comfortable - bed great, linens soft, pillows supportive, toiletries excellent. True, there is no A/C. This is not a surprise. Brittany is historically cool and typically, A/C is not necessary. If A/C is a must-have for you, Brittany probably is not your best vacation destination.

The tides are crazy(!!) so at certain times, the sea was far away, and at other times, it was a "normal" beach. Swimming is possible when the tide is in.

We found staff, both in the hotel, the restaurant and the bar, to be attentive and informative, without being overbearing. The breakfast selection, included in our rate, was extensive and the food was fresh and delicious. As noted earlier, our dinner in the gourmet restaurant was absolutely top notch (and we have dined in dozens of the world's best restaurants, so have ample experience to compare), with completely professional staff. We also ate a dinner in the bar lounge, which was delightful - not as extensive or fancy a menu as in the gourmet restaurant (no surprise!), but no less fresh in the offerings, and no less delicious in the execution. We did not expect (nor should anyone expect) that a bistronomic restaurant will be the same as a gastronomic restaurant, and the reviewer who complained that the food was not the same probably failed to make a reservation in the gastronomic restaurant and was disappointed that they could not be accommodated. Note that the hotel informs guests that they should reserve, in advance, a table at the gastronomic restaurant if they wish to dine there, so there is no good excuse for failing to plan.

After 4 nights here, we were so sad to leave this wonderful destination, and hope to return just as soon as we can!!!

Excellent, we will return. It's the quality we want and in the right place. The reception and brasserie staff were top class as was the food.

Everything was outstanding from the view to the breakfast to the qualified team… The small attentions in the room are much appreciated. The ideas and suggestions by the reception team were great. Dinner at the Brittany was the best Michelin star meal we ever had
