Die Lobby sehr schön und Rooftopbar auch. Aber immer fehlte irgendwas. Einen Tag gab es weder Bier noch Weißwein keine Zerrodrinks. In der Lobby waren keine Sandwiches. Es gab keine Mikrowelle. Die Türöffnung musste mehrmals nachgestellt werden, die Badezimmer Tür könnte man nur mit Gewalt schießen und nicht abschließen. Aber es hat mir trotzdem gefallen, Zimmer großzügig und Balkon in bester Lage.

Tuve una mala experiencia solo con el tema de el servicio que pagué, hice la reserva y me ofrecía el hotel una bebida incluida en la tarifa que pagué, y en recepción me dijeron que no, que es un error de los dueños anteriores y que se servicio ya no se ofrece, así que si leen eso sepan que no hay ni agua para ustedes con la tarifa, me molesta enormemente las ofertas engañosas.

One of my favorite hotels during the South America trip. Staff were very nice & helpful.

Overall, a very pleasant stay, but the administrative issues under the new owners are evident. There is no coworking space, so I had to work in their café/bar area, where loud music and constant foot traffic made it impossible to work properly. Both my bathroom and the kitchen had leaks, causing flooding and creating a safety hazard. My door had a faulty lock, which meant my roommates and I had to struggle for several minutes every time we tried to open it.

The kitchen was equipped with extremely old and dirty utensils, the trash was not taken out frequently and smelled bad, there were no cups available until guests had to ask for them, and cutlery was often in short supply due to the limited number of pieces.

On the bright side, all the staff members were very helpful and polite.

Great hotel for a quick stop over in Palermo. We had a quad room which was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable and spacious room with a balcony. Lovely neighbourhood to stroll through.

Lovely place to stay. I had a private room. Bathtub did not work I asked to change rooms and was told it would be the same. They have working showers but no working bathrooms. Cafe on site is great. Front desk staff are helpful. Location is perfect. Walking to many restaurants and cafes.

The only good thing about this hotel/hostel is the location. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, even at basic interactions like check-in. The property is falling apart. For example, the toilets don’t flush properly and you have to disassemble it every time to get it to flush. The selling point was the rooftop but they had it closed two of the four days we were there. Stay here only if you can’t find anything else in Palermo.

Nice hostel to stay, staff extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom within the room when you are sharing with 5 other people isn’t the best.

The room was larger than expected, always a plus! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the best restaurants and night life, would stay here again.

Excellent stay!! Customer service at its best!! Prefect location so explore great restaurants and bars!!

O hotel é bem localizado.
Tivemos um problema que não foi bem encaminhado. Já havíamos passado duas noites lá, sem problemas. Na segunda estadia, apenas de uma noite, o elevador da coluna onde fomos colocados ficou quebrado o tempo inteiro. Eles poderiam: ter nos colocado na outra coluna com o elevador funcionando, ter nos colocado em um andar mais baixo, ter permitido um late check-out. Não fizeram nada disso, não pediram desculpas, não ajudaram com as malas (6° andar).

Ótima opção. As toalhas e amenities não são lá essas coisas... mas o quarto é grande, confortável, decoração super contemporânea impecável.

Buena atención por parte del personal

I stayed in the all-women's room with three bunk beds. It was comfortable and tidy. My only concern is that the sheets were some kind of polyester/cotton blend. I didn't like the feel, and there may be some health concerns sleeping in polyester. Not sure why they can't be basic cotton. Otherwise, the location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast options are great.
