Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Alcamo.
In der näheren fußläufigen Umgebung sind, wegen der zentralen Lage, diverse Restaurants und Cafés zu finden.
Das gesamte Hotel macht einen "sauberen" Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Bett ist bequem und nicht durchgelegen.
Das Frühstück war - italienisch - sehr süßlastig. Mehrere Kuchen und Croissants stehen zur Auswahl. Es gibt aber auch Panini und etwas Wurst und Käse.
Kaffeespezialitäten werden von zwei freundlichen Damen serviert, die sich auch sehr schnell merken, welche Spezialität man bevorzugt.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Alcamo. Toll: es ist zentral. Schlecht: es ist zentral. Das Hotel liegt in einer schmalen, aber stark befahrenen (Einbahn)Straße. Mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Es fehlen lediglich Möglichkeiten eine Jacke (o. ä.) außerhalb des Schrankes aufzuhängen.
Die vom Hotel reservierten Parkplätze vor dem Hotel reichen nicht für alle Gäste. Man wird deshalb damit rechnen müssen, auf kostenfreie oder kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung auszuweichen.

Pros:

La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita. lo staff si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile ad ascoltare e soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La posizione dell'hotel è in centro ad Alcamo a due passi dal corso e dal castello. molto comodo per visitare la parte storica della città ed è in punto strategico anche per uscire dal centro urbano per recarsi in macchina nelle altre località marine e storiche.

Cons:

essendo in centro, ed avendo pochi posti a disposizione è stato davvero complesso trovare parcheggio. anche nella via principale che è quasi sempre assediata dai cittadini ed è difficile trovare posti dove parcheggiare. essendo lo stabile nel centro storico presenta per caratteristica molti spostamenti con scale e scalini, e anche se c'è l'ascensore, nel nostro caso la metà degli spostamenti era da fare attraverso le scale di raccordo, non comodissimo soprattutto con le valigie. per un hotel 4 stelle e per la mia esperienza, mi aspettavo una colazione un po' più ricca. Peccato che la sala colazione sia una zona senza finestre dell'hotel. avrei apprezzato di piu poterla fare in terrazza visto che c'è lo spazio per poterlo fare.

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé
Pros:

Lieu géographique en plein centre historique, chambre au calme, vaste et confortable, très belle salle de bains, rooftop avec bar et jacuzzi et belle vue sur la ville, petit déjeuner parfait (manque un vrai jus d'orange frais).

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Klimaanlage kühlte nur bedingt, das Fenster konnte in der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden, da es direkt an der Treppe zum Innenhof gelegen ist. Vor dem Fenster im Badezimmer befand sich das Außenteil der Klimaanlage (Lärm!). Frühstück bestand zu großen Teilen aus Kuchen bzw. süßen Croissants.

Etablissement vieillissant, mais avec quelques belles prestations et rapport qualité/prix correct
Pros:

Hôtel situé en plein centre-ville, pratique pour se promener. Les chambres sont spacieuses (chambre supérieure) et au calme.
Le personnel (accueil) est très sympathique et cherche à parler le français.
La vue sur le toit est sympa, mais en ce début mai, rien n'était installé, pas même les transats..

Cons:

La restauration est très moyenne (le soir : souvent du surgelé) Le petit déjeuner est correct mais n'est pas inoubliable.
L'établissement est très vieillissant, il demanderait un bon rafraichissement.
Stationnement des voitures très limité devant l'hôtel (une 1/2 douzaine de place environ). En ce début mai, pas de souci cependant, on a toujours eu une place, mais en juillet-août...

Pros:

Set within a busy street it offers a few free parking spaces which we managed to secure after our trips out. Initially given room 101 but this smelt heavily of smoke , even though rooms non smoking. Reception did freely change us to room 106 which had a small Juliette style balcony overlooking the busy road but with the shutters and doors closed noise was minimal. Stayed on a half board basis, dinner was a separate menu of 3 appetisers, starters, mains of which you could decide which 2 to pick from , then a side dish if you had opted for a main , it was a selection of 2 sides plus 2 desserts. Green salad was literally just green iceberg lettuce! . Staff were helpful in assisting with translation. Breakfast buffet, usually scrambled egg , but once it had gone it didn't appear to get replenished, along with many sweet options , yogurts, fruit and freshly barista style coffee. If asking for a latte be aware you will only get hot milk!! Sadly the advertised panoramic roof top terrace wasn't opened , no mention of this in any correspondence or at the hotel which was a big disappointment especially as warm sunny weather during our stay .
