Struttura accogliente , di classe e ben rifinita .
Eccellente il servizio ristorante , con personale professionale e disponibile .
I cannot say enough about this charming hotel from the front desk staff through the lobby and into our room. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The morning breakfast was exceptional with the service being of the same standard. My only disappointment was we were unable to eat dinner in the restaurant due to special event parties.
Minori was equally quaint and charming. Being off season, restaurant selections were low but the food was excellent. We were traveling with our 1 year old granddaughter. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating for her needs.
I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it for your stay.
This is a treasure on the Amalfi coast.
Hotel di ottimo livello. Camera matrimoniale superior, calda e pulita.
The decor was beautiful and it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices was very good. The pool was a great added bonus
A gem hotel in gem village of Minori. We had a room with balcony which we very much appreciated. Spotlessly clean. Towels changed daily.
Very attentive and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant which was reasonably priced.
The hotel is well situated and close to the promenade with many good restaurants close by. No steep steps!!
A small point only- the rooms might benefit from coffee making facilities.
I firmly recommend this hotel
The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Minori with a lot of restaurants and cafes and 5 min walk to get the beach and ferry. the lobby is beautiful and the hotel has an elevator , air conditioning and a pool. however it is very dated and could use some upgrades. We were exited for a balcony but it had 2 chairs and no table. the shower/ bath was a mess and the towels were used everyday ri mop up the floor. as others mentioned there is no coffee machine in the room or free water. there is no smart tv and only 2 english stations and the large heavy key was reminiscent of traveling in the 80’s. Also the front desk staff were neither unfriendly but not over helpful or informative. would skip this over priced hotel and stay in a B & B.
Tout dans son ensemble
deco de l'hotel ,chambre, literie , restaurant, personnel.
petit déjeuner très bien
emplacement top
manque de renseignements sur le spa à notre arrivée a la réception.
Pool staff deserve a raise :-) - Francesca was fantastic and made our stay by the pool so much nicer, very friendly and welcoming. She needs a pay rise dealing with certain customers.
Hotel is great our second time, rooms good and well appointed. Minori is a gem on the Amalfi coast please never change never turn in to positano! Will be back
Great location. Away from the madness of the bigger Amalfi towns but only a short boat ride away. Excellent breakfast
Hotel very good but not much choice for breakfast.
We stayed for five nights at Villa Romana as two families of four and absolutely loved our time here. The hotel itself is clean, luxurious, and in a fantastic location. The pool was perfect for the children and very easy to book, making it a real highlight of our stay.
Breakfast each morning was plentiful with lots of delicious options to choose from. While we didn’t dine in the hotel during the evenings (choosing instead to enjoy the many excellent restaurants in Minori), the menu looked tempting with plenty of choice.
What really stood out was the staff—every single member we encountered was attentive, kind, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Minori itself is a charming place to stay. We can highly recommend the lemon tour to Maiori, which was both fascinating and fun, and the walk up to Ravello is a definite leg burn, but is well worth it. From there you can head down into Amalfi and catch the boat back to Minori for a perfect day out.
We genuinely can’t find a single negative about our stay and would 100% recommend Villa Romana to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.
The hotel location, decor and staff were all brilliant. Minori is a gorgeous little town on the Amalfi coast. Not as busy as some of the bigger places. We learned the hotel was the only one in Minori with a pool which was great. The pool booking system worked well & it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere there. Breakfast was very good. It did offer the same food everyday but that included plenty of variety.
No complaints
Just about to check out after a weeks stay full board. Enjoyable stay, hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the seafront. Room was a little tired but very clean. I can’t fault the staff that work here they are very polite and work very hard. During the time of our stay we were able to book pool sessions between 10 and 2pm or 2pm to 6pm at reception. Sun beds were allocated on a first come first served basis and each group of sun beds has a umbrella.
The lack of a light cotton dressing gown, no pen and paper, no option of a usb port to charge your phone and tea and coffee facilities were things that would benefit the room.
As a side note on the resort it’s very quiet, bring insect repellent as the mosquitos came out in force for us.
The food in the restaurant, good breakfast options plenty of choice and self serve. The food in the evenings choice of three options for each course. The pasta options served were a large potion that we asked to share.
For the evening meal the restaurant lacked atmosphere and had light music playing in the background, it wasn’t well used at the times we were there. Food is cooked fresh to order and was of a good standard.
