Pros:

Convenient, close to where our event was, this location had a gym. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

No pool or hot tub facility.

comfortable stay near airport.
Pros:

It was comfortable stay and value for money.

Cons:

Improve pet facilities, I did't find pet waste bags in the property but it was good staff member provided a regular garbage bag when I asked.

absolutely everything was lovely! from the moment i checked in to when i checked out.

Cons:

maybe just the window in the bathroom/shower could have a bit more privacy like a little curtain? idk, it faces the street if you open it everyone can see you.

Cons:

I reported to front desk that fridge was dirty ,the tube had rust at drain and no stopper just a hole. The white tub was not clean. My bathroom sink was clogged and a spider was in the bathroom. I reported to booking.com. Still no answer

If I had to sum up this trip in one sentence: it’s my fault for not speaking English. 🤣
Pros:

I arrived before check-in time and waited in the hotel lobby. Since I don’t speak English well, I was a little worried, but the staff were very kind and let me into my room earlier than expected. Their service was excellent, and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. I really appreciated their help and kindness.

Cons:

When I made my reservation, the photos showed a bathtub, so I chose that room expecting one. However, the room I was assigned only had a shower with very weak water pressure, and the water never became hot. I was a little disappointed because I had specifically wanted a bathtub.

I was also not told whether there was any price difference between a bathtub room and a shower-only room, so it was disappointing to feel that I may have paid the rate I booked for but received a different type of room.

Also, the bedside lamp kept flickering, which made it hard to relax.
