The overall experience of the stay was unsatisfactory.
Pros:

I like the location and staff.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean, and it smelled like someone had just left. The kitchen counter wasn't clean, and the bathroom was dirty. There were hairs in the bathtub, outside of it, on the toilet seat, and inside the refrigerator. The microwave was dirty, and there was no shower curtain!

The manager only gave me one extra day that i had to ask for.

Cons:

The roofs did have proper equipment, no tv remotes , or microwave plate.I had ti move 3 times because the rooms wasn't properly checked. I couldn't really enjoy the stay because i was working & had to switch the room 3 times. I would have stayed in the first room however the door wouldn't lock & some homless gang banger was camped outside my door

It was perfect other than the water temp. I would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros:

The lady at the front desk that helped me check in was excellent. Her first name started with an M and it was three letters long.

Cons:

I could not get the bathroom shower to get hot enough it was lukewarm.

Pros:

Clean and quiet

Cons:

Ants in bathroom and bad Check in. Waited 45 minutes due to another check in where lady spoke not a word of English and using her phone and 2 people to translate. Clerk said no one else could check me in. Finally I got management to help me. This was very frustrating. I need knee surgery and am in pain. This wasn't ok for me to stand that long.

I got what I paid for, a cheap room that wasn't clean and had lots of weird smells.

Cons:

The sheets on my bed were not clean, there were several long black hairs. There was nothing in the room, I had to ask for a hair dryer and pick it up from the front desk - like a lending library. I also wanted coffee in the morning but there was no option in the room.

convenient location, great staff and big rooms.
Pros:

the location was good and the staff veery helpful. Room size was good.

Cons:

bed was uncomfortable. room not as clean as I would expect with hair and grime in the bathroom.

Overall Good experience , the staff are very attentive.
Pros:

Very clean… nice location. The Asian staff are very customer service oriented.

Cons:

The rude Mexican girl behind the desk needs to understand that Mexican people do not control California. Jo ann , Mel & the asian male manager are great.

Pros:

the breakfast was not good for really,roms are good no problem with that and lastly location is good no question about it.

Cons:

i din't like the way ubber respons and they really get mulitiple price for the same distance always and you found it is not fair.
