Top Lage.Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr sauber.Jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung.Frühstück super.Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Dame beim Frühstück.

Wonderful stay in Verona
Pros:

The property is centrally located, across from Castelvecchio, very comfortable and modern, within walking distance to things-to-do while in Verona. Francesca and the rest of the hotel staff were very nice and professional. We even enjoyed an aperitivo at the terrace overlooking the Arena from their partner Hotel Milano. Highly recommended and will stay again during our next visit to Verona!!!

Sehr gute Lage und gemütliches Zimmer! Das Bad ist sehr schön mit Regendusche. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut; v.a. die Croissants. Alles war frisch. Die Dame vom
Frühstück war total liebevoll und freundlich! Auch das Personal von der Rezeption und der Concierge waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ! Lage: in 5-8 Minuten ist man an der piazza Bra.Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

L'accueil est vraiment au top : professionnel et très attentionné, y compris au petit déjeuner.
Hôtel très bien placé (en face du Castel Vecchio).
Chambre très fonctionnelle et propre.
Très bon petit déjeuner (bons produits, grande variété proposée).

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à café dans la kitchenette de la chambre.

Super staff, attentive and helpful.
Pros:

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Check in was knowledgeable and efficient. We were slightly early and it was no issue to keep bags but we got lucky as our room was ready. We were also leaving early the next morning and take away breakfast was not an issue. Then the team went even further and said the wondeful breakfast lady would be in earlier and we could have breakfast. It was excellent, everything so fresh. The team went above and beyond here. Truly excellent service all round. Special thanks again for the early breakfast.
