Excellent location with great rooms and amazing staff
Pros:

The location was excellent close to all sites and transport hubs yet a quiet location with no noise or disturbances. Francesca on reception was exceptionally helpful and gave great advice with local knowledge. All round excellent

Very enjoyable would stay again but request castle view
Pros:

Loved the location next to the castle and river. Easy walking distance to everywhere including the Arena and Bra Piazza. Staff saw us arrive on CCTV by taxi and came out to greet us at roadside. The apartment had a dishwasher but no washing machine. Had hob. Microwave and safe

Cons:

View of courtyard. Castle would have been much nicer but booked late

Fabulous location, very comfortable, clean, perfect for our family. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly, nice touches like the candy station. Everyone very helpful in calling taxis/ directions etc.
