Pros:

L'accoglienza da parte dello staff è stata eccellente, anche dopo il check out sono stati molto gentili ed ospitali. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e facilmente raggiungibile in auto e a piedi dal centro storico.
La camera era pulita e curata, come tutto il servizio.

Proveli smo obiteljski vikend u Verona House Aparthotelu i mogu dati samo rijeci hvale. Starogradska jezgra je doslovno ispred hotela tako da laganim hodom u par minuta dodjete do svih vaznijih znamenitosti. Poseban naglasak bi stavio na jako ljubazno i susretljivo osoblje hotela.

Kuschelig und romantisch in der Mitte von Verona

Ich weiß nicht, wann ich das letzte Mal in einem Hotel war, wo alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeiter so wahnsinnig freundlich, schnell und engagiert waren. An der Rezeption, der Herr der sich um das Auto gekümmert hat zum Valet parking, beim Frühstück, Getränke aufs Zimmer bringen, nichts durfte man selber anfassen oder tragen, ich war wirklich beeindruckt und kam mir vor wie Königin Saba Danke. Wir haben eine kleine Suite/Appartment im Haupthaus im 2. OG des Hotels gehabt und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Wirklich wunderschöne kuschelige Räumlichkeiten. Sehr schön gestaltet und ein sehr großes Bad. Das Auto wegbringen und wiederholen hat super geklappt. Die Produkte im Bad haben sehr sehr schön geduftet. Die Klimaanlage hat bestens geheizt, es war ja wirklich kalt draußen, und war sehr einfach zu bedienen und sie war auch sehr effektiv. Ich würde hier sofort wieder hinfahren. Die Lage war natürlich auch spitze. Und der Prosecco den wir hatten, war wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Cons:

Ja, nun, der Blick ging einfach in den Innenhof und da gab es nichts weiter zu sehen. Mir war das Bett zu fest, ich brauche es weich, aber das ist nun wirklich absolut Geschmackssache, das sehen viele Menschen anders. Und der Kaffee aus der kaffeemmaschine war nicht sehr toll,, aber das war beides wirklich nicht schlimm. Dann das Frühstück ansonsten war wirklich sehr schön ausgewählt und üppig.
