Advertise muffins and pastries bit it was a granola bar only. Also ran out of coffee long before 930.

The bed was comfy. The employees were accommodating by getting requests for kitchen items quickly.

Cons:

Trash was not emptied. We had to request kitchen items. No grab and go breakfast available. The front desk clerk was not dressed appropriately, you need to wear a bra or cover up your tshirt. They were utilizing iPads and not the computer system making the check in process very slow.

We needed to stay 1 night less. The property did not allow changes to the reservation.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. These seemed understaffed so it was hard to locate them.

Cons:

My first room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I asked to me moved, and that room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and pet urine.

Pleasant and accommodating
Pros:

I have a service animal, so I appreciated there being grass and a dog area.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the bed. Very stiff/firm, woke up the second morning and my whole body hurt.

worst ever!!! avoid this and all extended stay hotels.
Pros:

this property was literally the dirtiest place we have ever stayed at, that coupled with the weird maintenance man demanding to change a broken light bulb at 8am in our room/ which we did not have a broken light bulb in our room… made my girls and i feel completely unsafe. booking should not recommend or even have extended stays on their site.. avoid all of them no matter how good the price looks… they are bad! we had asked specifically for no house keeping… and we returned to our room.. to find our bags re opened and gone thru. and 1 bed made. i was furious. we packed up and left to find an actual hotel we did not need to sleep in shifts ( for fear of people/ employees breaking in ) with. worst experience ever!!
