I would stay here again the next time I'm in town.
Pros:

Was nicer years ago.
Pros:

Only saw the staff once, at check-in. Very friendly and efficient. They were very accommodating with my request for an upstairs room.
Fridge, counters, and kitchen storage areas were spotless clean.
Love the location. Close to our destination, great view of the mountains while overlooking the city.
Price was great. We don't mind the hotel had no hot breakfast; we used the hotel savings to go out.

Cons:

The hotel seems a little tired. Scuffed paint here and there, threshold at front entrance caught the door, stained carpets, something splattered on ceiling... a few small things that added up. And a cockroach on the stove.
Freezing cold outside, room got quite cool overnight, and no warm covers on the bed. The covers consisted of a sheet, and a dust cover that was no thicker than another sheet. No blankets in the room either. At 1:30 am I had to get a heavy blanket from the car.
Bed was quite hard.

Absolutely horrible never again
Pros:

Our room was a joke the dresser had a broken door I use the phone to call the front desk. Of course it didn’t work. I told them I did not want to be charged for the broken door. They said they were aware of it and didn’t have a solution at this time. The room had a horrible smell of marijuana. There were stains in the hallway, trash and an unkept feel overall no ice machine and the so-called breakfast was beyond a joke. I strongly recommend trying to do your job better. It was quite possibly the worst experience lodging my wife and I have ever had.

I liked it felt safe, the price was good and friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

Well there wasn't much a selection to choose from. I like the friendliness of all the receptionist they were all friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the carpet it needs a deep, deep cleaning it was dirty and flilfy or put tile. I didn't like the fart fan too noisy it woke us up when someone went to use the restroom. I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't have ice. They don't have conditioner, they didn't have enough shampoo I had to go to the front desk. The stove needs an upgrade. Oh the doors also need to be fixed you had to pull or push it to close right.

Will not re book with this hotel
Pros:

I was provided a pitcher of hot water, coffee, tea packages and oatmeal. This does Not constituent breakfast. False advertising!!!!

No dining area provided. Very disappointing.

Cons:

Decieving website. Indicates breakfast!!

Not what i expected based on previous experience from extended stay america suites.
Pros:

Location and customer service at front desk on point as always.

Cons:

Room had some cleanliness issues.
Coffee table was dusty and had what looked like cookie crumbles.
Also found a piece of chewed dry gum on top of the TV stand (disgusting).
Wonder why there was no cooking pans or dishes in that studio unit?
No dishwashing soap?
Electric stove not functional? Light goes ON but not warming up.
No coffee maker, Coffee, Cups.
AC/HEATER unit not working properly.

Pros:

I liked the area of where the hotel was located. It was close to the mall and a bunch of restaurants and stores. Also a short drive to jimez, sandia mountains, and in town stuff. I liked that the room came with a kitchen, since sometimes i had to make my own breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Cons:

Personally i would get rid of the nasty carpet and install vinyl plank floors to improve the look of the rooms like vinyl plank floors. Lack of ceiling lights, and the kitchen could be better equipped maybe include a oven range or toaster oven. I wasn't a big fan of all the mosquitoes in the building during my stay, must have been breeding season.The subpar breakfast in this hotel wasn't anything special and things ran out quick, and no variation in food.

staff was good and helping. showed another room as the first room was bad unfortunately other room was also bad so ended up with first room
