The room was nice enough.
This hotel seems to be on the verge of going under.
There was supposed to be a free breakfast from 6am to 9am. I went downstairs at 7am and found no breakfast or even coffee. I asked the woman at the front desk where the breakfast was and was told "It's grab and go". I asked where and was told "It's right there" pointing to where the coffee should be. I said "There's nothing there". The woman said "IT'S GRAB AND GO!" I said "There's nothing to grab!". Again I was told "IT'S GRAB AND GO!". In other words F-You. I thought to myself "Grab what, packets of sugar? There's not even any coffee!". I immediately checked out vowing never to return. No wonder this place is on the verge of going under.
Booking.com needs to de-list this place.
Renovation. Very nice room . Very clean
No coffee makers, no dishes in the rooms. it’ll be more convenient if the dishes and all the kitchen accessories are in the room already.
I would have like breakfast with eggs, sausage/bacon with toast.
It was clean and accommodating.

Location to work location was the only good thing about this location.

Cheap. Room had a small kitchenette.
Breakfast meager, service level from desk staff - useless. Internet went out on the 3rd floor, desk clerk answer was well no one else has complained. Gave me the 800 number for their IT support and had me spend an hour on the phone troubleshooting the access point on the 3rd floor, zero accountability. No amenities except a nice laundry room. Basic place. Not a hotel really as an apartment building with essentially no services. We were there a week and a half (checked in on a Monday) and were told the room would be cleaned once a week. The next Monday no cleaning. When we asked we were told that third floor rooms are only cleaned on Thursday. So we went from Monday to the following Thursday with no cleaning. They would exchange towels at the front dest on request though. It was cheap enough. Set your expectations accordingly and it can be OK.

Useless staff. Wifi on the third floor went out - when I reported it to the front desk they said no one else had complained and they gave me the 800# to the IT help desk. I spent over an hour diagnosing the 3rd floor access point issue and fixed it. No thx to the hotel staff.
Our flight was late, I had prepaid the reservation but I called to say we might arrive after midnight. Hotel clerk informs me that 1. no check ins between 12:30 and 3am due to a night audit process. And worse, if we didn't get there by 12:30 the system would cancel our reservation. No choice. I needed to make a new reservation for the next day, got a charged for the night anyway. Awful service.
The included breakfast is pretty meager.
