I would not stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

The staff were courteous and professional and made some atempts to remedy our concerns.

Cons:

Hand towels had to be replaced on our first night due to having black marks on them! Bath towels had several pieces of black hairs on two bath towels. Room hair dryer did not operate upon arrival and could not be replaced until the following morning. My side of bed had a piece of hair on the bedsheet which was discovered after turning down the comforter on our first night!

Good value. All the important things were A+.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The beds were comfotable. The staff was incredibly efficient. The whole facility was non-smoking. The property was off the main road so it was very quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast was not maintained well, a little messy, and a fairly small window (6-9 on a Sunday). The elevator was very small. 2 person limit.

Clean, tidy and accessible with friendly staff onsite.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and it was easy to check-in and out during the stay. The room was a queen double, good size and clean. The breakfast room had a range of food to offer during the opening hours.

Cons:

The breakfast room offered free tea and coffee out of hours, however for 2 of the days the hot water machine was out of service and no alternative was provided. This included during the breakfast times there was no hot water for tea or coffee.

Very disappointing. The only good time was the angel statues that were outside.
Cons:

The breakfast was awful. I had to go to the front desk and ask if they would refill the container for the eggs. She asked what kind of eggs was I looking for. The person that filled it after I asked was in conversation with the front desk clerk. The waffle machine was not working properly and was in a very bad place and people had to stand in a long line waiting near the door where people were entering and exiting. The shower needs instructions on how to turn on the shower. I had to call the front desk and ask. Our friend who was traveling with us came and showed us how to turn it on. The bed was lumpy. Who wants to us a coffee pot that is in the bathroom and right by the toilet. I will not be returning.

Simple stay
Pros:

Simple stay off the I 85

Cons:

Very basic but pleasent. It was an ideal stop to break up a long journey. Close enough to many restaurants.
