The restaurant is conveniently located at the back of our property, and guests can access it directly through our connecting gate, which is only 30 meters from the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. الفندق قديم بس تم تجديده .. في غرفه كانت رائحة عفن قويه فيها.. بس غيروها لنا اليوم الثاني
Good location near to BTS, comfortable beds, clean and tidy.
Only 1 real issue, the aircon in the main bedroom was so noisy we had to turn off. It was like having builders using jackhammers in the room. Ruined the whole stay really.

The place is ideally located in a quiet street and in a walking distance from shopping malls and markets.
It is very clean and well maintained.
The room is spacious and fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helped with everything needed.
My room was facing a next-door building, so my view was of a wall and of an engins area with lots of aircon compressors that made a loud noise.
The room was a bit dark, should add some more lights.

It’s very close to the BTS station, making it convenient to get around. There are also three 7-Eleven stores nearby, which is very convenient.
1.房間、桌面、廁所、洗衣機皆有蟑螂出沒，不知道是不是房間位在一樓的關係，也不知道是否打掃未確實的關係
2.房務整理，住五晚沒有一天有換床單，只有重新摺被子，有出現過敏症狀
3.當初有註明要高樓層，分配的房間卻在一樓
1.There were many cockroaches in the room, including on the floor, table, in the bathroom, and in the washing machine.
2.The housekeeping was inadequate. During my five-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed even once; the staff only remade the bed. As a result, I experienced allergic reactions.
3.At the time of booking, I specifically requested a high-floor room, but the room assigned to me was on the first floor.

Room was quite dirty, even the towels I was given were dirty. Breakfast is ok but not great.

Had a great stay for 2 weeks in a 1br. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room are all equiped..washing machine could be a bit better but overall, beds are super comfortable as well as the living area. Great value for money and the location is great with the skytrain just 200m away, 7-11 next door and big malls 5min away by walk.
Washing machine could be a bit better.. sometime in the evening the wifi will slow down for short times, and depending on which side of the building you're own.. you don't have any view but a building 3m from your balcony.

Location and the front desk staff were friendly and professional.
Guests rubbish left in the hallways. We stayed on 6th floor and daily rubbish in the hallways.
The apartment was perfect, good space and confortable, more than my expectations.
The lobby is a bit confused, the gym is a but old, is a continue noice because of slam the doors, but this is not related with the apartment or the host, sometimes rude people cannot use a simple common sense
Reasonable price for a large two bed room and great service

レジデンスなので、キッチンと洗濯機があるのは、子連れにはありがたい。
最初、洗濯機の乾燥が使えなかった。でも、スタッフに、伝えたところリセットしにきてくれて、使えた。
部屋によってWi-Fiが弱いところがあった。
