The friendly staff made our stay warmer
Pros:

Located central, close by bts, shopping malls for very convenient stay. The staff are great especially Miss Fon who was very accommodating, kind and always smiling

It’s ok for 1 night stay .
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

We were a group who booked separate rooms. Some were ok and some had a mouldy smell (which they offered free extensions cos there was no more rooms to change to) or had noisy air conditioning. Room is a good size. There was a water leak at the corridor.

A home away from home!
Pros:

Love the spacious apartment! With balcony, and alot of lights in the house. Everything was well equipped and furnished. Feel so homey!

Cons:

The outdoor area between lift and room feels smelly and old.

Comforting, value for money within good location.
Pros:

Room was spacious, kitchen utensils fully prepared, fridge was clean and functional which was helpful to store iced drinks and some snacks. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Location was fantastic, just 5 minutes walk to BTS station and Emporium and Emquartier malls. Lots of shops along the road such as spas, 7/11 and small cafes. The area felt generally safe too especially at night.

Cons:

The room was generally clean, however, there were definitely insect droppings on the floor, which, despite having room service daily, they were not swept nor vacuumed, indicating the lack of thorough cleaning. There was a small, at least, 1 german roach in the toilet that wasn't cleaned too by the bin. I also killed one on the toilet. As they were tiny, i just didn't think much about it until one large one crawled next to my door (on the entrance) on my second night. The hotel quickly had a cleaner to kill it.

TBH, I don't know if it's due to my room being on the ground floor or hygiene has to be re-looked - otherwise, stay is generally safe and comfortable. Can do better with the insect problem.

Exceptional place to stay for vacation
Pros:

Big residence clean space provided by the property. Staff super friendly and helpful. I would rate their customer service exceptional. Highly recommended.

it's ok for a quick 1-2 days as a stop off or for a work trip but don't go expecting luxury

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was spacious.

The hotel room and the gym both seemed pretty basic, nowhere to sit on balcony

The rooms were spacious, ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom was great, the living room is spacious and the kitchen comes with all the necessary supplies. Housekeeping/cleaning services on point! Great location and perfect for an urban Bangkok break.
