I liked the room and the fact that it had aircon, it was clean and tidy and the housekeepers were fantastic.
I didn't like the fact that there was no fridge in the room. I have never stayed at a hotel where there is not fridge provided, especially as the weather the whole time was really hot and we couldn't store any drinks that we bought from the supermarket to keep cool.
Great, attentive and helpful staff, functional rooms and good breakfast.

So, overall a good stay for a couple of days while visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour.
I stay at this Ibis location three to five nights a week for business, the location is ideal as close to road and rail networks and just a short walk into a vibrant town centre with plenty of shops, bars and resteraunts. The hotels atmosphere is relaxed which is helped by the attentive staff, who can't do enough for you. Alexandra, Lim, Tharun and Resul are just a few of the great staff that make you feel welcome and looked after. Rooms are basic but exceptionally clean, the cleaners do a great job, it's an excellent base. I've stayed here for 12 weeks now with only one week at another hotel in between (bloody Wimbledon) but I gladly came back. Short 17 minute train ride to central London via the local train station is handy. In terms of value it's probably the cheapest hotel in the area, however that doesn't diminish the experience.
Check in was a good experience and team were helpful when needed.
Very standard hotel offering - just paying for the amenity and not expecting not much.
Pricing per night was not consistent and where the pricing was more than £55 per night, this did not represent good value for money
Some of the clientele drinking in the entrance area were a bit rough

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and the service provided is excellent. Apple, Vikas and Baslar are absolutely brilliant, They make you feel very welcome and their customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and you always get service with a smile. Keep up the great work and IBIS are lucky to have such great staff!! Your a credit to the company.
