Seating in bar area is ok would be nice to have a few sofas or lounge chairs but there is a limited space so understand why
Ioana cleaned my room amazingly. Such a friendly smile and always happy to help even offering to clean when I forgot to put the cleaning sign on my room door. The hotel is great and the breakfast is good too. Stayed here before and I’ll stay again. Bar staff and breakfast staff and the rest of the staff are all nice but the cleaning team are always so polite and helpful. Would recommend to stay here
Close to the studios and where we needed to be

The location was great. The staff were amazing very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel was clean and fresh. The carpark was a good price too.

On check in we were given the wrong room type. I requested a family room, as I was staying with my 9 year old son. The first room just had a double room and absolutely reeked of smoke. After complaining at the reception desk we were given the correct room type. Staff just didn’t seem interested or didn’t listen.
Breakfast was hit and miss. Lots of waiting for hot food.
I did not like anything the hotel I had missed my last train so I had to book a room at this ibis hotel on booking.com for 86£. When I arrived I got told I could not get an early check I was ready to pay extra just to be able to sleep for a couple hours before my first train . I got told I couldn’t I then had to book for an other room on the spot for an extra 103£ I am highly disappointed . I also never received a refund. DO NOT BOOK
It was a verry good experience, i really liked the hotel and the staff was really nice
The staff were lovely.

The bathroom smelt strongly of urine.
Air conditioning did not work, therefore room was too hot.
The tv had a problem with the sound.
