Time to relax and chillout.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Nice seating area to have food and a drink.Parking was good too.

Cold Nights Sleep
Pros:

It was clean and tidy staff were helpful room was a good size

Cons:

The air conditioner/ heating did not work properly so the room was cold plus had a thin duvet so it was hard to keep warm all night had to wear jumper to keep warm

Cons:

Room was disgusting. The extra bed was gross...dirty mattress and no bedding......not worth the money. Should've gone to Premier in for the same price!

Staff were attentive and friendly.
Pros:

Booked 2 rooms, I asked if possible could we have an accessible room for our disabled son, the staff ensured that not only was that possible, but also ensured our room was next to his room. Very accommodating staff! Thank you!

Cons:

Some fittings in the room were starting to look tired, people don’t seem to respect the furnishings, look like work tops surfaces had been sat on and damaged.
Our room was a little cool and air warming fan did not work.

Handy stop over point near the M1, don't expect gourmet food!
Pros:

Well priced, staff were very helpful and location for my meeting with friends was ideal

Cons:

Room was very tired and needed some work to bring it up to how an Ibis should be. Ate in the restaurant in the evening, long wait and food was served at different times to us both and overcooked.
