WaterSound Inn

Awesome accomodations and staff. Our suite was perfect and the pool and pool bar were great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a beautiful stay at the WaterSound Inn. The room and balcony were stunning, I was shocked upon walking in. The room was peaceful, private, and the perfect place to unwind. The property itself is incredibly quiet, which we really appreciated.

The amenities were great. We loved being able to bike just 5 minutes to the beach.

Although our trip wasn’t for pleasure and we experienced a few unexpected mishaps during our stay, everything was handled professionally and in an accommodating way. That level of service meant a lot to us.

Because of how well everything was managed, we will absolutely return. (Thank you Bradley!)

We love the Watersound Inn and have been guests for many many years. Wonderful facility but is in need of a renovation. Beach Club is great, but is currently under a renovation project.

Besides the incredible room, the highlight was Bradley who attended the front desk and showered us with unbelievable service. He was a real joy.

WaterSound Inn is a little slice of heaven. Perfect place to rest, relax and reboot. The property is beautiful. The pools are fabulous and access to the beach just takes a few minutes. The housekeeping staff keep the suites spotless. The entire staff is very professional and friendly.

We will be back.

We love Watersound. The beach club with the pool, restaurants, and beach accommodations made it even better! The room was so nice. Our family will be back!

Don’t stay here if you arrive late. The doors are locked and there’s a tiny sign way above the front door with a number to call. It was a dark night and impossible to see. It took me a half an hour to get into the hotel and only after going to the security guard for the area next-door was I able to do that. She was very helpful and made a few phone calls, but it took a tremendous effort and had no idea what to do it first. There is no one available after a certain time at night. Too bad if you arrive later. And all less for more than $500 a night. Terrible service.

I arrived late. It was very dark and there was no one at the front desk. The posted sign telling me to call a number was not visible and was located high on the top of the door as there was no lighting, and it was very dark.

Multiple calls to the 1-800 number that I found on the hotels website went unanswered except to tell me “you’ve reached us after hours but if you want a beach chair press 1 now.“

Doing each call I asked for a callback. It’s three days later. I’m still waiting for my callback.

I finally saw a security guard and asked her to help. After a long time trying to figure out how to get me in, she contacted the hotel manager. She was very helpful.

Overall, a terrible experience for over $500.

It was an incredible stay. Everything is amaything in the room and also in the beach club. Walking around the area its amaizing.

Will do it again ASAP

Perfect location with water view and access to everything we needed! We had beach chairs everyday and fabulous food at the Watersound Beach club. Every person we came in contact with was so nice and happy to do their job. A rare thing to find these days. We felt truly blessed!

The Inn provides the amenities we desire, but the Water Sound Club is a must have when visiting the Santa Rosa Beach area!! Staff is professional, warm and customer oriented. The included amenities make for a very comfortable vacation experience!

Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!

Best kept secret!!! The beds are so comfortable. The room is huge. A pizza place downstairs. The beach club is perfect and in just a short 6 minute walk! Everything was easy which is what you want when traveling with kids! Can’t wait to come back!

Rented King Suite at the Watersound Inn for the weekend. Elevator was broken the entire stay. Everyone had to carry luggage up and down stairs (3 floors). No water in the resort rooms for the first 5 hours of our stay due to repairs. The lazy river at the pool area is under construction. The hotel charges daily resort fees for no especial guest services at all. $1,100 for two nights, definitely not worth it at this location. There are many other options in that price range or a bit higher, such as the Watercolor or The Pearl Hotel. The entire 30A Road is gorgeous, highly recommended; however, do your homework and try a different property for your stay.

It’s a beautiful option in a beautiful area

Great family location. Not as crowded as other areas. Love the beach and the beach staff. The guy who drove the golf cart to and from the beach was so friendly.
Downside, lots of codes to remember. Directions from front desk is different than at security gate.

Rooms are comfortable Beach club is the attraction.
Service is poor. There is limited desk staff available (10:00am -6:00pm). Elevator was not working and apparently will be out of commission for an extended period of time. There is no one available to help take luggage up or down the stairs when the desk is not staffed

Overall, we love the Watersound Inn and the Watersound beach club. We sleep great at the Inn and enjoy all the amenities being a guest at Watersound allows, especially since we are repeat guests. The Inn furniture is starting to need a refresh and the elevator was broken which made checking in and out difficult (and less safe given that anyone could get in if they knew where the door was). Overall, we still love the Watersound Beach club and would highly recommend it to any couples wanting a getaway.

Easy access to the amenities! The pool and beach were amazing!! The workout room was great. We’ll be back!!
